If that were the case, then I'd give it a shot in that order. But I don't think this was a directional decision by either Shinbou or Isin. Kizumonogatari was scheduled to release first and was constantly pushed back. It's pushed back so far that even Shaft doesn't know when it'll show (this is an exaggeration. I'm sure Shaft knows.)

And even if it came out that way, I wouldn't be able watch it anytime soon. I'm saving my 100th completed anime spot for Legend of the Galactic Heroes and I'd like to keep it that way. XD

Nekomonogatari: Kuro takes place after Kizumonogatari. I want to see the predecessor first before I watch the sequel. I'm willing to wait for a Isin work. The wait is worth it.

I love his works. I firmly believe that Katanagatari is the best thing he's ever made, but Medaka Box is his masterpiece. He's just ridiculously good. XD

Objectively, I gave it a low score. And that pained me. Cause it is a triumph of wit and great writing used for mockery, but that's not enough to justify how laughably bad it could get.

Subjectively, this is my favorite manga of all time. It's the reason I didn't quit anime. I love it to bits. Out of 10, I'd give it 12,858,051,967,633,863. The exact amount of Anshin'in's skills and abnormalities and minuses. It's my favorite manga, and I'd defend it against anyone who'd trash it.
