| I'm still just stuck on the fact that she stabbed that one guy in the balls. I mean that was just unnecessary. You could have stabbed him in the leg or something. I realize he was going to die anyway from gunfire or the explosion but come on. Who wants to spend their dying moments having been stabbed in the balls? Also Rock is useless so I have no idea why they want him. |

| Okay, so, the Roberta arc in season 1 wasn't one of my favorites. BUT -- I am stoked to be back in Roanapur with the Lagoon Company -- Dutch and Benny, yay! I feel bad for the owner of the Yellow Flag, damn. I couldn't help but laugh while the bar was destroyed yet again. It's good to see Revy back to her twisted self -- laughing while the bullets fly. She is so damaged that if she were a real person it'd be tragic... but she's an amazing anime character. She makes me LOL in every episode. |

| Black Lagoon was one my first series I watched other than the typical long shounen shows One Piece, Naruto and the likes. After a long wait, I'm finally watching the sequel. Feels good man... Nice nostalgia trip. Great first episode. |

| Fantastic episode and start to the OVAs, a slow burner but a damn intense and serious one with shit popping off with drugged as fuck Roberta on a manhunt while waging war against everyone, even the United States too. And the fact that Garcia asked for Rock, who's already in a bit of an iffy place mentally after witnessing Yukio slit herself in front of him after he tried to help her survive and escape the crime world was quite the surprising move. It was a good episode in showing some flashes of Roberta's past and her sanity experiencing a downfall as she's on a hunt with whoever was involved in the killing of Diego Lovelace. Fabiola, the other new maid hired by Garcia, kicked some fucking ass at the Yellowflag too, especially with her acrobatic skills with flying and spinning in mid air and dropping people with weapons and flying kicks everywhere. Well animated too that scene. |
| Interesting choice of ED with "When Johnny Comes Marching Home". I guess it is fitting if the US does become a major faction in this. Although knowing this series the alternative title "Johnny I Hardly Knew Ye" might have been more fitting. |

| The reference to "Paladin" in the opening scene is to the old-west TV series Have Gun, Will Travel the main character of which gives that as his name. Paladin is essentially a mercenary but is gentlemanly and compassionate and will sometimes work for free for people too poor to pay. |

| The visuals are looking so much crisper and I'm loving it I had wanted to see more of Roberta since her mini-arc in the series so this was awesome -- and omg, the little mini-maid was so cool Also, it seems like Rock is kind of slowly falling into a depressive state as all these events are happening around him so I'm curious as to where they're ultimately planning to take his character |
| While I was not the biggest fan of the Roberta episodes from the first season, I am still happy to see more Black Lagoon. I'm very interested in seeing how Rock handles the situation. He is still reeling from what happened in Japan, his posture is low and he's melancholy. Poor Bao, guy can't go an episode without having Yellow Flag destroyed. |

Never understimate maids, even loli ones. Fabiola attacks @ the nuts :3 Bao and his bar, just leave them alone lol Original OP was much better. At least they tried to do something different with the ED, but they should have done a new version of Don't Look Behind starring Roberta. |
