| Dollars is disbanded, Mikado had such a power so why disbanded Dollars? That's only like run away from it or he just want to saved people that are member in Dollars. I don't think he will easily died like that and got saved somehow. In the previews it said that Kida don't want to run away anymore and I think he try to do something about Yellow Scarves. Anri doesn't want to run away either I wonder what is going on next episode, I'm so exicted. :P |

| It's sure getting exciting towards the end. Go Dollars! Mikado wants to disband to stop the war, but that won't change anything. I think after he meets with Celty and Anri he'll change his mind. Kida seemed kinda cool this episode. Too bad he was framed for ordering Shizuo shot. That can't be good. Only two episodes left!! |

| Loved this episode! As with every episode! Thought Shizuo's comments before and after saving Anri were funny. :D Shizuo definitely didn't die. He's way to strong to die from bullets. I doubt Kida told the Gold Bandanas to kill Shizuo. Those GB guys just wanted to blame somebody. (I realized that depending on which sub group you watch from, the Gold Bandanas can also be known as the Yellow Scarves. Just clearing up any confusion if anyone happened to be confused.) I CAN'T WAIT FOR EPISODE 23! But I'm sad the show is ending soon ): |
| My friend says Durarara anime is only up till the 3rd/4th volume. Hopefully there WILL be a 2nd season. Cuz currently there are 8 volumes. And i'm over my shock with Shizuo, there is no way he is dead. And really when will Celty get her pretty head back I wonder >.< Seeker said: Yeah, suck up his pride and save the one person he hates, completely contradicting his greatest desire for Shizuo's death. That would so be in Izaya's character. >_> The day Shizuo dies will literally be the happiest day in Izaya's life. Have to agree with that. Like I said, blame a fujoshi for dreaming T^T |
| Only two episodes to go and we are yet to see the appearance of the second dullahan. As for the episode, it was great indeed. Although expecting 3-6 DVD special episodes after the end of the TV series to cover at least some decent parts of the Volumes 5-8, no way they can cover those 4 volumes in 3-6 episodes though, but will be hoping at least a couple of those volumes. But will be hoping that they do a Second Season of it. It has been a great show indeed. After such great success with DRRR!! and Baccano!, lets also hope that VAMP! gets animated too. Another Narita Masterpiece. |

| The last few episodes were getting on my nerves mostly because Mikado, Kida, and Anri were doing nothing but running in circles around each other. However, this episode brought back the previous level of entertainment I got from this show before the whole Saika business, so in my eyes, this episode made up for it xD Also, I LOL'd hard at the bunny costume -- something about it was hilarious -- although the whole collaboration of the Dollars to save Anri bit was awesome as a whole, too. Eagerly awaiting the next episode :3 |

| ok shizuo getting shot was very surprising. I hope he pulls through :( I also didn't expect the Dollars to be disbanded... Can't say yet if it was a good move or not... but it's definitely getting more intense. Still I can't imagine that they conclude and include everything in only 2 more episodes.. |

| My goodness, I keep on loving Celty more and more and more! She's so kind to everyone and her heart is so down to Earth. When she helped Anri, it really shook me in a nice way. Kida is starting to scare me in the slightest. I liked his charm, and his serious side is pretty cool too, but I really wouldn't want to see him snap again like he did to Anri. Anri has a pretty harsh time, don't you all think? Oh wells, I'm excited for the next episode on the 17th. I hope Shizuo will survive. |

| This was one of the best episodes up to date ! It was heartwarming and funny to see the dollars work together like that, and I hope mikado gets his confidence in the dollars back again.. He can't just run away from his problem like that. "I CAN'T READ THAT MANY WORDS!!" ah shizuo <3 ... And I strongly believe that shizuo is still alive and kicking, he can take bullets with his pinky. PLEASE DON'T DIE !! D: Izaya is amused as always, and Kida is stepping further upwards my favourite characters list ; o |

| YES, there we go. That was the Durarara magic right there, great episode. I agree that it was pretty heartwarming to see the Dollars in high spirits and working together again. The middle part of the show was kinda boring to me, but ever since Kida re-joined the Yellow Scarves, it's become interesting once again. But, Shizuo ;_; |

| So, this is the trigger that'll result in checkmate, as per Izaya's wishes? That dirty monster. >:o If Shizuo can not only survive getting sent flying by a truck, but even have the strength to track Izaya down the same day, no way in heck he'll die from these wounds. The truck incident would've resulted in internal bleeding and he pulled through nicely. (I wonder who'll find him in the alley?...) I'm trying to sift through all the foreshadowing in my head and what I get to is this: Izaya is plotting a full-scale gang war, ultimately to bring havoc to Celty's life, and finally get her under his thumb. Unlike regular humans, he can't utilize her as a pawn unless she comes to him willingly and offers to cooperate. By attempting to off Shizuo at the critical time when the Dollars are scrambling for direction as to whether they should truly disband or not, Izaya will successfully incite the rival gangs to all-out war, and Celty will try desperately to stop it, all the while being thoroughly distraught by Shizuo's state. I'm guessing Izaya will approach her with a solution - one that involves her full cooperation in whatever devilish scheme he's been plotting. Of course, I have absolutely no clue if this is actually the case. It's just what my brain keeps coming back to. |

| There is something that bothers me a lot and I only started noticing it lately. The whole plot is lying on misunderstandings and coincidences and although that may be interesting up to some degree, if there is nothing but that... how is the story being kept alive? The only constant in the series is Izaya's planning, even if I can hardly believe half the things happening could ever be planned no matter how smart the person may be, and the rest are just random, although well connected, but still random events. And that got me thinking if Baccano wasn't the same, but no, it wasn't. |
| ^ Baccano had 12 episode, and Durarara lengthened that 12 episode into 24. That's why. Baccano was extremely compressed and was more focused on fast paced consecutive events in different perspective at the same time, thus caused delicious madness and enjoyments of bombarding events of connections, in exchange tons of confusions and lack of actual depth of the plot and characters. Durarara slows down a bit and episode looks disconnected and random, but if you look at the episodes of Durarara a lot more carefully (in my case, rewatching about 10 times), you will find how every single episode is equally valuable and surprisingly beneficial to overall plot developments. They 'LOOK' like random events, but it actually isn't. Also, by slowing down the pace, a lot of depth was added to the atmosphere, characters, plot and settings. thus IMO, Drrr is better than Baccano. |

| Just a correction. Baccano is 13 episodes. 16 if you count the special episodes. Other than that, I agree with ringoo4 ;) |

| Actually the Baccano's Novel story pace and structure is as crazy as the Anime version, If I am not mistaken,the Novel is even more messier and confusing(even Narita himself ask the reader to re-read to get a better understanding of it especially during the train arch) Baccano's story is messy,that why you are required it to connect it with your brain. Drrr 's story is much more "easier to watch" I hope Drrrr can get an award just like Baccano ^^ Although I am not professional, I fear that Drrr is made to be popular but it is not made as an masterpiece imo |
