| Personally I don’t give out tens very often at all as my view it’s an elite club, all I have in my tens is attack on Titan, FMAB and Your Name. My 9’s I also view as an elite club but I’m more lenient and my 8’s is shows I also love, however 7’s I wouldn’t re watch like I would the rest. |

| I enjoy all anime I give a 6 or above to, but there's different levels of enjoyment. If people want to give an anime a 10/10 because they enjoy it, that's their prerogative, but it needs to be a more profound experience than just simple enjoyment if I'm to personally give something a 10. |
| "Enjoying" something vs a 10/10 should not be the same thing. Otherwise the rating system would be simply "like" or "dislike". Things I have really enjoyed go from around 7-9 and I only have about 3 things on my ENTIRE profile that I've given 10/10s, because they earned them. Epic ride, epic storytelling, and it's by far something I will always return back to, discuss in-depth and try to delve in as deep as possible. THAT'S deserving a 10 in my opinion. A perfect score. You gotta work to accomplish that, and it's rare; I truly can't understand why some people throw out 10s so easily, to almost everything. What's the point of having such a rating system in the first place then? I hate this binary thinking of simply "good" OR "bad" and nothing inbetween. |
| Life can be cruel and unfair. At worst it can traumatize and cripple you. The desire for wanting things to return to the way they were can cost everything and changes nothing. | You can rate shows like the Oscars/Emmy/Grammys where the so-called "experts" choose what movies/shows/songs are the best, or you can choose them yourself...based on whatever reasons YOU like the show, like the People's Choice Awards. I have 10s on my list that I consider great examples of what anime is and should be, but they aren't necessarily my favorites. But I also have personal favorites with 10s because, simply...they are a TEN to me. |

| I dont rate an anime just because I enjoyed it. I usually give 8 or 9 if I like them. I have 23 10/10s in my list which I can rewatch as many times as I like but most of them are either old or unpopular(Myself Yourself, Sola, H2O footprints in the sand). I have given Guilty Crown a 10/10.I think that is the anime in my 10/10s which is hated by most people. |
| I mean it's your ratings. You can rate whatever you want. Personally, if I could rate a show 9.5, I will move my non-favorite 10s to this category, while my favorites stay in the 10 category. |

| I personally think that isn't a very good way to score something. The more 10's you dish out the less valuable and "special" they feel (at least for me). Enjoyment also ignores the more "objective" side of an anime. Imagine if someone gave the Berserk 1997 anime and the Pupa anime the same score (10/10) because they enjoyed them to the same degree. I mean there's nothing wrong with enjoying something a lot, in fact sometimes I find bad anime to be more enjoyable than average anime, but they're ruling out the overall quality of the anime and that bugs me a bit. |

| It's the main reason i give 10/10. Shows i enjoyed the most will get 10/10. Some of them are very simple and kind of cheesy, like Yugioh, but 10/10 based on my love. |
