| We finally found out about the traitor among the kids. Poor Aoyama and his parents were being used by All for One. I mean they chose it this way but it was still sad to see that. They were just trying to protect their child. It was a terrible situation they were in. |

| That Aoyama thing came out of nowhere, seems pretty convenient at this point. But hey, at least we got a glimpse at Hagakure's true appearance. |

| This episode was pretty well done. I liked how they kept the tone serious in the second half. The UA traitor has been revealed and they plan on using him somehow to track AFO. Honestly UA traitor has been foreshadowed very subtly with his stomach aches and that one episode where he was given excessive screen time with Deku. Not to mention he's the only student who eats alone at class, is mostly missing from direct conflicts, and had very little details revealed considering he was treated as a very side character but had a whole episode of him bonding with Deku. | Damn, I didn't expect Yuga to be a spy for One For All since the beginning, but it's not his fault since he was born without a quirk and it's his parents' fault for making that contract to give him a quirk :/ Also I liked seeing the invisible girl during that moment, she was great... it's true that Yuga can now redeem himself by helping them attracting the villains, we'll see how it goes I guess. |

Ah yes, the arc that left manga readers in shambles... the U.A. Traitor Arc.
Shigaraki stumbles back to the League's secret base, screaming in pain. All For One urges him to calm down, explaining that their Quirk Factors are damaged and need time to heal. Despite this, Shigaraki continues to yell obscenities, expressing that as long as people remember All Might, he will never find peace. All For One acknowledges their shared hatred due to their fused minds. He reassures Shigaraki that even though they failed to steal New Order, they have eliminated their greatest obstacle and should take it easy for now. He instructs the League to remain on standby a bit longer, but Dabi objects, frustrated by the continued presence of his father.
I remember when this chapter came out and had the fandom in shambles. If I recall correctly, there was even a break right after Hori teased us with that Toru reveal. Good times. I never thought I'd shed a tear for Yuga Aoyama of all characters. All I can think about now is the flashback where Aoyama asked his parents why he was different from the other kids. It wasn't because he was eccentric and weird; it was because he was quirkless. Though I'm unsure about the whole redemption thing, Deku telling Aoyama he can still be a hero, just like All Might told him in episode 1, really hit me. It's kind of disappointing that the traitor plotline didn’t amount to much story-wise beyond "it was him all along" and "now he is forgiven."
What a fearsome power Deku has, making Aoyama a good guy instantly. And everything will go back to normal once again. Great.
Anyways, gotta give props where props are due, nice job Bones. You adapted Toru's face reveal well. Great even.

| I had completely forgotten all about the traitor plotline. Poor Aoyama, he was holding in this guilt for so long. Thanks to Deku's quick thinking, he might just be able to redeem himself. I hope that is the case. |

| I kept the "traitor" claim in the back of my mind, but this one surprised me. They wrote this episode really well and it made a lot of sense as they explained it. It is perfect, Midoriya reaching out to him and saying "You too can be a hero". This was one of the better episodes I have seen in a while for this anime series. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating. |
