This is actually kinda tough to think about...Having to combine everything in one list and only choosing 10 things overall.

In no particular order:

Deadpool (live action movie)
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (live action tv show)
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (cartoon)
Yakuza 0 (videogame)
The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (cartoon)
Paul (live action movie)
Persona 3 (videogame)
Steins;Gate (anime)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (anime)
Adventure Time (cartoon)

Note that this made my brain hurt and I'm only 85-90% sure about this list.

I'm honestly jealous, you all know your tastes so clearly. I spent half an hour thinking of fiction and didn't manage to come up with top 10, not even speaking about how to align anime with it.
Probably I would add Devilman: Crybaby and Utena to my fiction top 100, but clearly not to top 10.

All of them are anime. Overflow, Ane wa yanmama, Domestic Girlfriend, Redo of Healer, and My bedroom became a girls hangout for some reason - all are in my top 5 for favorite fiction. All of them are so good and very fun to watch with friends. All the characters are great self inserts if you are interested. I would definitely recommend them if you aren't interested in them already. Domestic Girlfriend and Redo of healer both have censored and uncensored versions but it isn't for being inapropriate, it is because of some violence. The "action" in them are out of this world so please give them a try

Psycho-Pass, Welcome to the NHK and Texhnolyze are the only ones that can make top 10 fiction to me.

Mr. Deeds is better than any other anime I’ve seen IMO.

Probably 50% of them. I'm deliberately dividing up the different types of entertainment because they're too different for my taste.
Nevertheless, if I were to do it all the same, it should look something like this (it may well change in the future or depending on my mood)

1. Assassin's Creed (Video Game)
2. Blue Exorcist (Manga)
3. Vinlans Saga (Manga)
4. Karakuri Circus(manga and anime)
5.Maison Ikkoku (anime only)
6. Last Of Us (video game)
7. Dishonored (Video Game)
8. Back to the Future (Movie)
9. Robert Langdon series (Books and Movies)
10. Uncharted/Indiana Jones (Video game and Film)

Let's see then

Moby Dick - book
Magi - manga
Love Exposure - movie
Pet Sounds - music album
Shingeki no Kyojin - anime
Death Note - anime
Battlestar Galactica - tv series
Norwegian Wood - book
3 Days of Happiness - book
HakoMari - LN

Apparently only 2, sad because Demon Days and Worms Armageddon didn't make the list but yeah

Sure have. Both fantastic films, though I only ever saw Stalker once when I was in college and need to rewatch it.

I've just done this, I thought there would be more animes on the list if I counted the animes that I loved watching but I wouldn't rewatch them because of the large number of episodes. But there are only three anime: Two films and one TV Series.

  1. Over the Garden Wall - Created by Patrick McHale (Cartoon Network Studios)
  2. The Pursuer - By Julio Cortazar (The book, not the film)
  3. The Dark Side of The Moon - By Pink Floyd (Harvest Records/EMI Discography)
  4. The Wind Rises - Hayao Miyazaki (Studio Ghibli)
  5. The Black Cat - Edgar Allan Poe (The Film, book or song: All of three are pretty good)
  6. Serial Experiments Lain - Yasuyuki Ueda (Triangle Staff Studios)
  7. The Outsider - H.P Lovecraft (I didn't watch the film)
  8. Daria - Glenn Eichler & Susie Lewis Lynn (MTV Animation)
  9. The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya - Nagaru Tanigawa (Kyoto Animation)
  10. Hotel Olvide - Tristan "Nosecuenta" Vela (Nosecuenta Studios, music)

@Alcoholicide Hey, I take pride in my weebness! Well, jokes aside, as I've been getting older, I kind of lost interest in most non-Japanese entertainment. It hits closer to home most of the time and not to mention I absolutely love Japanese voice acting.

Also, for comparing works from different mediums, you can rank them based on the emotional impact and lasting impression they left on you.
@Shizuna
Same here. Back then I was watching and consuming way more western media. Now I just can't (I don't feel like I'd even want to) unless it's something made in distant past. My top 10 fiction list would be definitely filled with Japanese fiction. This is where I feel like at home and this is what is making the biggest impact on me.
I won't say that all western fiction is bad. No, many older American movies are truly good. But still, they wouldn't earn a place in my top 10.

There would be definitely Clannad (Anime), Xenoblade 2 (game), Chrono Trigger (game), Nier Automata (game), kono yo no hate de koi wo utau shoujo yu-no (visual novel), Ef (visual novel, original one from 1996,not that shitty remake), Air (visual novel), Kanon (anime), Kimi no Iru Machi (manga) and probably Trails of Cold Steel (game) on my list. I just can't make numbered list.
