I am a big time cry baby.
I have cried in sad moments, happy moments, etc.

The biggest tear-jerker moment that I can remember thou.. hands down...
Your Lie in April - Kaori's letter
I have replayed that last episode a few times, and every single time.... I cry so much!

Series wise:
Nana- I have actually only been able to watch this series once because it had so much heartache... One of my top favorites and due for a rewatch...
Clannad - Ushio and Nagisa...
One Piece - in every character's backstory.. but also.. hearing about Ace lately... makes me so sad ;-;
Haikyuu- there is just so much hope and sense of fulfillment while watching this series... Tsukki's moment in the 3rd season thou ;-;

Well, that was great thinking about these amazing series.. I feel like re-watching now (x

The movie The Grave of the fireflies is so sad it's hard to get through. Pick any scene in that movie and it's the saddest thing I've ever seen . It's like 2 hours of tragedy. Apperently they had to play the movie My Neighbor Totoro in the theater with it just to uplift the audience from how sad The Grave of the Fire flies is

There's a scene in episode 4 of The Fruit of Grisaia. If you've watched it, you probably know.

It was maybe the single most depressing scene I've ever seen

I would've said Anohana, but I finished Plastic Memories today and the ending to that on the ferris wheel broke my heart, poor Isla. Plus the confessions of love on Plastic Memories are some of the most tear jerking I've seen, and the most funny (well the first one).

My best three would be
Your lie in April...that letter and all...and the scene when Kousei says..'Another spring is coming..a spring without you'...something like that

Another would be...Itachi killing his parents...actually that sound in background gave me goosebumps...

Another would be from Violet Evergarden when she says...or realises..."I am burning "

#BYO

Edit:Now If I remember correctly then...that whole Farmland Arc from Vinland Saga is quite sad yet very beautiful.....I was sad while reading that whole arc....can't wait to see it being it animated....

Agreed. Just haunting and heartbreaking but then again this is true for the whole movie.

Also the scene in Kaguya Hime when she is taken back to the heavenly palace and says goodbye to her friends and family one last time.
