The only way to check… was to go back on her promise. If it’s just a quick look… Her eyes glanced below Bell’s abilities and took in the hieroglyphs. Where Bell’s Magic and Skills were listed. She had already come this far. It was too late to look away now. Wanting to know what was inside a treasure box after peeking through the lid must be a trait of demi-humans. Her curiosity was piqued; she looked at all his Skill slot. …Ahh, nope. She couldn’t understand what was written. The amount of complex characters was too much for her to make heads or tails of it. It could be that his goddess, the overprotective Hestia, might have put an extra layer of protection over his status so that others couldn’t read it even if they had a chance. Eina didn’t have a full understanding of hieroglyphs’ size and stroke order, and she didn’t realize that Hestia’s “protection” was actually just her own bad handwriting. Eina had newfound respect for Hestia and her strategy for keeping Bell’s status a secret. “Um… Ms. Eina? Are you finished yet?” “A… ah! Yes!” Eina’s ears jumped as Bell’s still-embarrassed voice reached them and she noticed the situation. Eina laughed out of her own embarrassment as she looked away from Bell’s status and bowed a few times in apology. |

| Nice to see Hestia in something other than rags for a change. I'm a bit confused as to what the nature of this "Dungeon" is. In most RPGs while players might grind for money and experience, there is a major goal for going through a dungeon. I just don't see that here. Bell seems kind of childish and probably not interested in any sort of relationship with a girl, but that certainly doesn't stop every other girl he meets from hitting on him. |

The monster crystals are a energy source they power pretty much everything. That elevator they used this episode was powered by a monster crystal, you could even see it in a shot of it in the anime on the bottom of it. The monster crystal are the money source for adventurers and if they did not defeat the monsters they would be overrun since they would come up from the dungeon. The city grew into a huge city because of the dungeon no one as far as anyone in the current time has ever made it to the bottom of the dungeon at least from what i have read so far and the dungeon is still filled with many mystery's. If you read the spin off manga Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatte Iru Darou ka Gaiden - Sword Oratoria you will see Ais and the Loki Familia are encountering new and unknown things in the dungeon. |

| I really didn't want this to become a harem - but after this episode I find I'm okay with that. As long as Hestia remains best girl. Don't care for Lili much, but she's cute I guess. Not sure if I'm enjoying how big of a dunce Bell is though. He's... probably the most thick-headed MC I've ever encountered. |
| I'm not very fond of Lili for the very reason that she has a thieving nature, even if she can't help it for whatever reason. There will probably be some sweet talk lecture and a make-up soon, so maybe I'll come to like her then. |

| This show actually becomes quite decently average without Hestia. As much as I love oppai loli, this show would have been better off without that little shit with big shit. |

| Looking at that last scene Bell and Lili were so cute smiling together ^.^ Also Lili can have her own problems, but now I think that will be more harder to stole the knife from Bell.. Their relationship is developing as well as they talk. :) |

| We get to see some info on the other familia's (mainly Hephaestus, and a little bit of the Soma's) Which i was glad to see. Hestia in dat assistant outfit being jealous...Meh.... The "date" itself was nice Eina explained to both Bell (and we the viewer) a bit bout how the Hephaestus shops work, alongside the new blacksmiths. And yes it was slightly cute the blushing bit at the end, so i guess the gift she gave Bell was just an Arm Sheath? Lili was ok, cat ears (had to put in a "sensitive ears" moment eh?), bit weirded out with how she was introduced, well i was weirded out by bell "why your protecting her!!" Bell: "uh uh i dont know, cause she's a girl?" (the girl part could just been the subber's part; but second guessing himself was a bit stupid. your protecting someone unarmed do you really need a reason to justify that??) Lili eventually steals his knife (its useless unless its used by bell) and in the end Lili "joins" Bell on his adventures. |

| Decent episode. They seemed to have forgotten to indicate that the Prum is suppose to be a male, hence the added confusion with Ryu when Lili was propped up on Bell's lap at the end of the chase. And also.... didn't Hestia run away from Bell the first time that he saw her in Hephaestus' shop? Did they switch that up too? I kinda wish they showed Lili at work picking up the gems and performing her work as a supporter. All we got was her clapping her hands at Bell saying how great he was, didn't quite show us how helpful she actually was in cutting up dead monster carcasses, collecting gems quickly and doing a great job staying out of Bell's way when he fights. Still, i liked how they contrasted Bell's gratitude for the 26,000 Varisu earned with the contempt that Souma Adventurer displayed with his "mere" 13,000 Varisu. Shows just how different a position that Bell is in comparison with other Adventurers (but also shows how impressive his skills are). For a rough estimate on how poor Bell is, he'd actually only budgeted 10,000 Varisu for his entire new set of armor when he went shopping with Eina. He considered himself super lucky that the Welf Cresso light armor just barely matched his budget. That said, I like the way they designed the armor (maybe it's just that I like black, silver and green... :P). It looks much more of a proper set of protective gear than the hide that he had been using up till then. Seriously love the vibe this series gives out. Makes me feel like I'm upgrading a Bell chara in Monster Hunter or something. Was highly anticipating Syr's "friendly suggestion" to Lily, but the way they animated it still leaves me with unanswered questions...... Next episode, Bell gets his first Nimbus 2- wait.... hehe, wrong series. Can't wait to see him go nuts.... and the ensuing |

I have no regret watching this anime. It continues to attractive every episode by episode. The comedy was great so far, Bell-kun armor look cool! Hestia looks jealous to Bell-kun. I love them both!  |

| Giving this a 5/5 just because of the kind voice Tomatsu Haruka did in this episode! When I heard Liliruca voice...damn!...it's chuuni Rikka again! Liliruca might be a thief because of some money problems. It is also the reason why she had an eye on Bell's dagger. As a result she stole it. But upon trying to appraise and sell it, it was of no value. wow that's one of a kind dagger who only activates to its true user. Elf Ryu has very strong sense and keen to fishy things and knew it was Bell's dagger Lili stole! But innocent Bell seems to think that Lili just got the dagger so they went again to the dungeon with her as a supporter again. Lili seemed to be bespectacled with Bell because she didn't expect that the loot was evenly shared on both of them. This is maybe because most of the dungeon partners of Liliruca are greedy bastards who doesn't care about their supporters so she thought that Bell was the same. Loled on the end of the episode wherein Hestia was jumping with joy and excited when she heard Bell's voice only to see that he is with liliruca! hahah instantly turned annoyed and jealous! Trending: On the Deep Web, there was something called Hestia phenomenon, where were instantly 2000 fanart pics in just 2 weeks...faster than what Sento did. "Hestia is bestia" |

| It was irritating to watch Lili take advantage of him like that but ,thank Grodd, Lyu saved the day. Lyu looks like an interesting character, hope she gets more screentime. It looks like Lili is warming up to Bell a bit but will she still try to take advantage of him? Pls no |
| I could not wait to see what would happen after the third of DanMachi. At the end of the story it is similar to other similar works, but at least gave explanations, albeit minimal, of who he is and what his role Eina. I hope that the plot begins to give his information, at least that we know where to point the bow. Drawings and animations always good, thank JC Staff again. | -Hey guys, we have a serious problem! The next arc is going to have almost no hestia for a while! -WHHAAAAAAT???!? That's not good, definitely no good! All our customers are going to leave the show if this last too long! Alright, lets skip 75% of scenes to make the time without Hestia as short as possible! We need those boobs on screen as fast as possible! DAT. RUSH. I thought that the scenes without Hestia in the episodes 1-3 were very rushed already, so I was wondering what would the anime studio do with the 2nd arc considering that there is de facto almost 0 scenes with Hestia. Now I know. They rush through everything, skipping a face palming amount of content just to get back to Hestia scenes as soon as possible. That speed was nuts. Explanations, fights, whole dialogues, whole scenes and whole subject even, they skipped EVERYTHING. Lili is going to be a very important from now on yet they completely walk passed the character without carrying the little bit. It really felt during the whole episode that if they could, they would have reduced that whole part to a 2 min time. They even found the time to make the scene with HEstia looking at Bell together with Lili, even though that scene was one of the most easy to skip or at least shorten. Next time should have some scenes with Hestia. Why am I sure that those scenes won't be skipped to the slightest? Old_Raven said: lol half the loot right off the bat. No animal ears either. That's basically similar to the classical hobbit from tolkien world, or gnomes from stuff like WoW games. |
