| Hahahaha Bols always seems to make me laugh so hard. His wife and daughter LOL. Hes actually super lucky. Hilarious. Wave u failure xD Then ermygerd Najenda used to look very cute without that eye patch. Tatsumi and his fly tho LOL. Akame too cute for trying to pay attention to "new fashion" lel. This ending tho. Too good. Esdeath deredere change of personality is so cute. Poor Tatsumi at the same time not so poor Tatsumi lol. Nice ending. 5/5 for this episode. |

| Tatsumi was cool saying those words. His open fly had to ruin it. Haha! Lubbock had feelings for Najenda huh. Now it makes sense. It was good for Esdeath, bad for Tatsumi. Hahahaha! Tatsumi just didn't had luck on his side. Next episode is gonna be great judging from the preview. |

| As much as i was a fan of the manga, I can't really say i liked this episode a lot. I mean it was ok but the humor this time felt a little more cringe worthy than how it was portrayed in the manga |

I only counted one small flaw this episode, and that was the unlikelihood of Esdeath running into Tatsumi, but it's okay because the anime never does that very often at all. As a matter of fact it seems to balance itself pretty well. The whole thing is brilliantly done. I especially love the depth of the characters. Bol has a wife and kid, but is also a guy who goes around killing people because he's a soldier. Esdeath tortures people, but she's kind to her subordinates. The minister may seem like a total dick, but he actually is just self-indulgent, not needlessly cruel. It hammers in the a realistic portrait in a slightly comedic atmosphere. The emperor isn't a total nitwit, he's not a retarded puppet, but he is naive. And how the whole thing is about really how no one is safe. The only person we're pretty sure won't die is Tatsumi in the middle of the series because he's the main character. All other characters have zero plot armor and god help me I love it. Brutal and realistic, none of these deus ex machinas protecting every supporting character. |

You can argue how you want, but the characters have several dimensions to their character, the plot is consistent and runs smoothly, and everything else falls into place without abusing tropes. To argue anything to the contrary makes you objectively wrong, regardless of whether or not you personally like it. I've heard good things about Space Dandy, so I'll withold judgment on some other anime that I haven't seen, but based on the better selection of what I've seen this season (SAO II, Zankyou no Terror, Aldnoah Zero), it's in a league of its own. Maybe other people are missing the depth of the setting because of the show's bursts of levity in its screenplay. |

| Jesus the comedy in this is so full of win, i almost died twice this episode. Things are progressing fast, i can't believe we reached half cour already. The amount of death flags raised in this one episode was depressing. Next ep. we will have more action and Esdeath-sama's backstory, yay!! 5/5 |

Lol Bols is really a kind person ^^ It seems Susanoo and Tatsumi's relationship mirrors Bulat's :P Lol Tatsumi's cool speech get's hampered by his underwear XD Esdeath finds tatsumi once again! Damn she took those beasts like it was nothing. I wouldn't want her to make her mad that's for sure! Gonna be interesting in the next episode!!! Can't wait! |
