| I got pissed off a little when he blocked that kiss... not because I want to see a yuri scene but because it's so damn uncool. He looked so freaking lame. I know seeing him trying so hard to get to Kawai's good side is part of the comedy but sometimes it's just annoying. Well it's still a quite funny episode nonetheless. |

| Eh. I kind of like Ritsu, she's cute and actually has some kind of personality, but I dislike pretty much everyone else. Usa is only defined through his obsession with Ritsu and it feels more like he's playing a dating sim and trying to win her character over rather than that he's genuinely in love with her. . The sex jokes other characters make are frankly embarrasing. Sayaka's one shtick is sexually assaulting Mayumi (how hilarious, I suppose) and Shiro is pretty cringey himself with the way he relates everything to his masochism. I feel like the problem of this show is that it's basically sitting kn the fence. It's too crazy to take seriously as SOL (I refuse to believe that such characters could exist in real life for a second) and yet it's not crazy and inventive enough to be entertaining as pure slapstick comedy. There is basically one (tired) joke per character. It's not horrendous, but it's painfully, painfully average so far. |
