Okay I know this one sounds a bit weird, but I thought it could be fun. How was the last time you died in a video game.
Mine was on "Samurai Shodown Anthology". I was Cham Cham, facing off against Jubei. All he did was block, which caused me to get more aggressive on him. It didn't work needless to say. ;_;
In Dementium 2 for the DS. I was running low on health, and as I was reloading my shotgun a... thingy attacked me and just like that I was transported to the beginning of the level. I was not amused.
hm... aside from TF2 a few mins ago. Was fighting Qurupeco on monster hunter 3, was supposed to capture it then some huge ass flying looking dragon thing or whatever came in, started running turned the camara to see a big ass fireball coming at me then poof, didn't have time to react. Then we ended up failing, cause everyone kept on whacking the bird then killed it.
Just died the most random death in ME2 ever. Final mission, got two-shotted by the last boss on hardcore. Had no idea what was going on through my mind at that point. Good thing it was only once. Tho I died like 3 times against that random invasion in my ship due to not hiding from the thing. Hardcore/Insanity on ME2 is certainly not an underestimation. Can't say much about Dragon Age tho. Went through Nightmare like a breeze.
Last time was on inFamous about 10 mins ago. Doing a stupid crappy defend and escort mission about halfway through the game on Hard. Technically it wasn't me that died, but it still caused me to respawn so I guess it counts.
I was two attacks away from beating Flonne's dragon (in Disgaea) including that counter hit that I was depending on. I didn't get the counter attack and the dragon killed me (I had 15 HP and the dragon had 32 HP).
(I changed my strategy the next time around and won with no problem.)
Oh. The second flying part in God of War 3 killed me continuously for like an hour. I didn't know I can move Krathos using the damn analog. I only knew I can use it after throwing my controller at the my pillow.
Got killed by Cell in DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 playing as SSJ2 Gohan XD
After trashing the Cell Jrs, I suppose I got cocky..But I'm already playing on easy, so I guess I just suck
hahahahaha FFXIII OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Luckily, you don't lose any progress or money when you die in that game, otherwise it'd be intensely annoying.
Peeps ain't kidding when they say that game is a tough FF. Since your HP is completely recovered after every battle, enemies do a lot more damage to you. It's not a bad system by any means (imo), but it does mean if you stop paying attention for 10 seconds you can get random deaths a fair bit.
got my ass kicked by a squad of russian soldiers in mgs 2, finding the node to download the map is really the most annoying thing. with every step, THE PARANOIA OF GETTING SEEN BY A SOLDIER.
In Team Fortress 2 about an hr ago. I was soldier, shot off a rocket at a heavy, he kills me, but my rocket kills him too. I love it when shit like that happens.
Yog the Half Djiin Barbarian, my character was banned from the world for failing to capture a town within the seven days limit, in Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death, the Birth of a Barbarian campaign.
Well, I restarted the scenario and went straight to the nearest unoccupied town without stopping to picking up resources or taking experience in the way, this time. After that was all about teaching those puny wizards what it means to be a barbarian! :D
Signature? I ain't got no signature! I don't need no signature! I don't have to show you any stinkin' signature!
I was recently trying out the 1st Instant Action mission in F.E.A.R., and I ended up dying at the point in the level in which I had to face off against a mech suit while being severely limited in effective fire-power.
Resident Evil REmake: Tried to run past 2 crimson heads on a staircase numerous times only to be slashed to death before I could make it to the top of the stairs. Finally gave up around the 5th try and grenade launcher'd their asses.
Meganada in Digital Devil Saga 2. He starts cheating when you get his health really low. Charging a big ass attack and firing it off right away before I can put up a shield is just not fair.
The last time I died... last night I was replaying Ace Combat 5 for fun and I was on the mission where you destroy the Scinfaxi. Well I got overzealous in doing damage to the sub and was at a low enough altitude that I couldn't pull up to the safe height in time.
It's not really camping when it's a sniper.
Snipers can't really move around since in most games they don't have a crosshair unless they use there scope. When they do use the scope they either walk slow or are unable to move which means they pretty much have to "camp"
Plus thats just how snipers are even in RL they "camp"
Happened a few hours ago playing Alan Wake. I decided to try and be a badass, so I tried gathering up all the Taken that came after me into one pile so I could flashbang them to oblivion. Didn't work out as planned.
WingedHao said: Certain boss in Hexyz Force. Seriously, bosses getting 2 turns in the game is pissing me off...
Lol, i know what'cha mean..
Lets see...i was low in health and after unleashing 3 special it wasnt enough, and the thing just poked me and i died..i felt all epic too..(Hexyz Force)
