With the fall season upon us, the club has not been as active recently with our members being busy with work, school, and the other things life throws our way, but we here at the Recommendation Club want to let all of our members know that we haven't gone anywhere! We welcome you all to drop by, and say hello to old friends, or make new ones. We have a large member-list, and we would like to see all of you joining in, and sharing, your anime and manga knowledge with the club!

Loads of new members join all the time, either wanting recommendations, or eager to share their expertise with others, so don't be shy, and join right in! Like to chat? Well we have a thread just for that. New to our club or like to greet others? Check out our Intro thread. Looking for a new anime to watch or manga to read? Head on over to our General Recommendation Thread. Don't see what you want to know? Please feel free to make new threads to get your burning questions asked, or just join in with the others in the comments section!

We are currently seeking help with our member cards, so if you feel like lending a hand in this area you are more than welcome!

News and Request for Help

Our club is almost one year old and we'll be most likely celebrating it with lots of specials and contests, so you might wanna check out the club at least once every few days as something new might appear in the horizon. :D

We noticed that while the member count keeps growing by day, we aren't exactly as active as we should be. It would be nice to see more and more people chatting in the comments or in the chat thread. I'd like to mention that a chat thread in our club gets closed after a comment or so is made on page 50. I'd like to get this one closed so we can start one anew in our next club year. Thanks in advance.

I'd also be glad if you introduced yourself in our special threads or warmly welcome our new members that have posted there. Also, if you have any trouble deciding what anime you want to watch or if you want to help others, take a look at the recommendation thread and post there.

If anyone is willing to make member cards, just post the templates in this thread or pm them to me. If you have made some other kind of graphic for the club you can post it in the comments or, again, pm it to me.

Aha, why thank you, but all though you say that, its too cold to get out of bed right now and I'm too tired, I need to rest today.

And it's actually a lot, I have theise huge legs, and I know every girl says they have big legs, but mine actually are, honestly. Lets say my legs are like a size 14? Where as my hips/waste are a size 8, then my chest is a size 10...

So in comparison to my body my legs are huge :/.

And I think they should create a PC game, one that you download so it's online, but pay for extra things, like Maple Story, but more of WoW/Mabinogi graphics, you design your Character, pick a starter pokemon of any first evolution generation (as long as it's not an uber and stuff) ahh, it would be sooo coool! Then you get to battle other people online, and theres like a story to it, and everyone does it, where there the leaugue things during the world cup...it would be great :).

Ohgod, I had my last huge meal today. Had a carvery and a Treacle sponge for desert, I'm stuffed! You see, I've been gaining weight and I really have to loose it, I am to be 8 stone, sooo much. ♥ I'm 5'4, and I weight 9.5 stone..x.x. Need to burn a whole stone and 5 lbs.
I've been doing 20 push-ups a day, 10 sit ups, then running up and down the stairs 20 times. Ooo, in fact I need to go do that now!

I'm just looking forward to Pokemon Black and White, doesn't come here till next spring though ;(.

I think my friend attempted to quit as it was too much money, plus it was killing his social life. He pretty much stopped talking to me because he was on 'WoW' all the time- every now and again he will pop up on MSN saying hi, I don't see him at all any more... different groups of people. You know how that works. :/
But he said it was addicting like crack too, and I can understand where you're both coming from because my 9 day trial was amazing. I got to level 19, I'm proud of that!

Also, I'm aware of that experience of being the one in the middle, and I got the blame for anything. Honestly, none of it was my fault. I realised in my previous message before I said I didn't want to be stuck in the middle of a Drama, I didn't exactly explain my self well; what I meant was I wouldn't like to be the one with the Drama, you know, the one listening to me complain, etc?

And yeah I care about people more than myself, it'snot a very good trait because when you're in trouble you can't help but think how to make it easier for someone else rather than yourself.

You really should stop me to be honest, I'm not proud of it, but thank you :). ♥

And, after me chatting away, how have you been recently apart from managing to quit WoW, aha ^^?

And did you have fun on WoW? I have this semi friend who is obsessed with it, he's constantly on and off it, but I think he has a new hobbies now which is going to the gym.

It's been so weird for my lately, like all my friends are in crisis and I'm not particularly getting involved but lending them a hand, so my life's evolves around constant dramas, I'm just scared when it's me in the middle on one, aha..

That true, but what happened to you anyway? You seem to have gone missing for a while.
