FAVORITE POCKY FLAVOR?
| Hey, it's been a while since I made a new thread... it's also been a while since we bought pocky again!! The popular 55-year-old biscuit stick snack (...wait, it's that old?!) is a favorite snack among many not just in Japan, but practically all over the world. It's even popular enough that there is a special day in November dedicated to Pocky and another snack from the same company, Pretz! The classic chocolate flavor is great and all, but did you all know that there are many different flavors of Pocky?? If you've been an anime fan enough to join this site, then you've not only definitely heard about Pocky, but also likely already tried each of the first 6 (internationally released) flavors like I have. I'm surprised as to how many flavors there are, and I doubt that I will get to eat all of them... ...okay seriously how many Pocky flavors exist? guess I'm gonna have to spend a long time on finding enough Pocky flavors for this poll... There surprisingly hasn't been a topic on this yet, so allow me to ask the question... what's your favorite Pocky flavor? | Choco Banana is the most playful Pocky flavor yet! The taste of artificial banana is a sweet innocence coating the original chocolate biscuit. That one behind Cookies and Cream on far right intrigues me. It says, if my hiragana is correct, kuchidoke and upon looking it up, I was presented with photos of wagyu cubes. Is that even.. legal? Edit: Apparently, kuchidoke means "melt in your mouth". Still an odd flavor.. |

| Do you get these online or something? Or maybe an Asian grocery store? I never see many varieties elsewhere. Only seen maybe three kinds. Pocky is good but really bland to my tastes. |
| Hazelnut crush is my favorite one for sure. I also really love the almond crush, matcha, and cookies n cream ones. I would like to try out the Sakura matcha and azuki red bean types one day. |
| I've only had tried those pockies few times in my life and only because my ex was from Warsaw as I am from too little town to have acces to those luxury items so my fav would be chocolate but can't tell if the other scents/tastes were great or not as I was always focused on something else than eating pockies ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) |

| I rarely ever buy Pocky, but when it's the time of year when all the Choco Mint stuff starts to pop up I'll grab a box of those. Oh and Hazelnut was ok the one time I tried it. |

| I haven't gotten to try many pocky flavors since they're hard to find the unique ones but I'm a big fan of the regular chocolate or matcha flavor. I'd like to eventually try Choco banana and cookies and cream. |

| In my area, Strawberry, Chocolate, CHoc. Banana, Oreo, and Green Tea are the only flavors we have. I like them all, except green tea, but Chocolate is at the top tier. |

| My general go-to is strawberry, but only because my choices are limited where I live, even with an Asian import market nearby. Most other flavors I can't have due to caffeine allergy (so that throws out matcha and anything with chocolate) I'd kill a man for the chance to try lychee or mango pocky. |
