| The fight at the end was the only decent thing about this episode. I feel like it just kind of trudged along and failed to keep me engaged. Also, I might have been high as shit when watching the first episode to say that I didn't really mind the animation. Now that I really paid more attention to it this episode, I take back my previous statement. I don't like how bright and colorful the animation looks, I wish it retained the darker tone that the first season had. |

| Confirmed. This show is nowhere near as good as S1 was. It wasn't an april fools joke, it is that bad intentionally. I will watch it only because im interested in how the story develops after the first season. --- Edit. 4/10 so far, only because S1 was really good. Otherwise 3/10. |
| This is bad... I hate some of the forced humor on this season. I miss so much the darker tone that had the first season. WTF previous episode Michelle had no abs, on this one she got abs again Ok it was a flashback, so I guess she doesn't have abs anymore????... I am confused |

| Nice episode just a bit odd with the music in the end, also the inner monologues could cause some confusion(in that board whatever scene) its getting me interested in reading the manga, which in the end its the series one of the series main goals |
| This ep was much better than the first one - the animation in particular seemed better. I forgot how fun Liu is, too. How fucking tall is he though?! He was towering over everyone! |

| One nitpick is to STOP USING THE CHIBI GAGS, it kills the seriousnes of the show. Other than that, this was miles better than Episode 1. |

| I still prefer first season (the one I have watched was the uncensored, so I could see what the fuck was really going on, it was uncensored from the second day of the emission because of the criticism, at least in my country ewe) I'll probably wait for the rivers of blood later, but anyway, this new season for some reason keeps me stuck , I can not look away from the screen, I guess it's because I want to get faster to the current point of the betrayal ewe |

| Fight, especially with Liu was pretty good. Overall though the seriousness of the show still is off. The only way to get around it is consider it a different show versus a sequel =/ |

| bit better than ep 1 just cause they rushed through the chapters, but like really rushed.. The approach to this season is totally opposite to S01 with this pace (really too fast imo). Animation is still shit tier. . . :/ |
| Good fight to salvage a mediocre episode, the plot is kinda weird with the traitors. The first season made it seem like the roaches were by far and away the enemy and they were incredible hard to kill and relentless killers. Now it seems like they are just fodder with no chance of actually hurting anyone anymore and the real enemies are the traitors. Wish is kept the dark tone from last season, I'll continue to watch but I am not hoping for much other to see how the story pans out. Did see some blood this episode so theres that lul |

| They should really remove like the whole "comedy gags" and bubbles out of the show..it really detracts from it. This episode was way better than the previous one, although it still grinds my gears so much that they completely removed the gore and violence from the show (the roaches exploding from the turrets gunfire was laughable at best). Still, I will give props where it's due..they are adapting the manga decently..though it is bit rushed. I think I have an idea where I think they will want to end this one. I made up my mind and I will watch this show until the end knowing full well that the human/roach violence and gore will not happen..I've made peace with that at this point. |
| So they're actually adding the comedy gags huh... Well I don't mind since this show was never good to begin with. Sudden changes won't surprise me. Average at most. I had no idea nor did I expect these guys to be traitors. The fight with Liu was short, but kinda cool. |

| Still not liking the "lighter" tone, but that was an improvement from the pilot. Hoping to see something more similar to S1 later. That's a great question that I have been asking for a while. Why not take weapons in the first place to defeat these roaches? Heck, better exoskeleton armor as well. They answered it by saying it was all for human experimentation. That's pretty much sounding like actual government stuff. Dark tone there is making this much better. |

| Well, this wasn't as bad as the first episode, but the shounen-ish tone still feels more than a little out of place. The opening and ending songs are still great, Seikima-tsu quicky made it to my favorite bands list, and I liked how they incorporated karaoke lyrics into right the ending. |

| Honestly I feel like they had a meeting before production of this season and decided to turn it into a parody of the first season. The tone has turned into that of a light hearted comedy which is exaggerated further with the characters/script, one of give always is the characters personalitys and their relationships, they feel so distant from season one. I honestly have to question as to wonder if a completely different studio worked on this or they wanted to attract a more wider audience so they reworked to more generic whilst ingnoring what the first season built and the source material. In any event this is probably one of the biggest sequel season disappointments. |
