| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  Razor getting things done!! This dodgeball match was exhilarating as hell with the tactics being used by everyone. We're finally seeing all the build up we've gone through this arc being put to use such as all the training our heroes did. Gon and Killua making use of Ken and Ko are the only things keeping them alive in this high stakes game. Razor was freaking awesome this episode, first killing Bobobo swiftly with a Nen dodgeball when he let Gon, Killua, and Biscuit know they are in the real world. The way Madhouse drew Razor's windups for his throws were amazing too with the detail shown, you can feel the power he puts into his attacks. Kind of surprising how blunt he was about Bobobo when Gon asked what he did to deserve death. Talking about homocidal rape deathrow convicts in a shonen? Don't forget the five D's Gon! | Who knew dodgeball was such an intense sport? :P Episode felt like it was over before it even started, but it was very enjoyable and animated nicely. I wonder how much stuff Ging prepared for Gon's journey? Definitely not winning any father-of-the-year awards, that's for sure. Looking forward to next week! |

| Awesome episode! It's great seeing Gon and Killua put their training into combat use. Tzegerra (sp?) was pretty useless here, disappointing really. I really wanted to see what he could do. Razor was badass, as expected of a Game Master. His reaction to finding out Gon's identity was intense. Next episode looks like we'll get to see Gon's moves he's been working on while Killua was taking the license exam. Can't wait! I'm really tempted to just read ahead in the manga. |

| While Bobopo's death wasn't as detailed as in the manga at least it's a big upgrade from the OVA version where not only did his head not explode nor fall off, he was still alive. |
| I think there is not a lot of content this episode... but a dodgeball match cannot be as badass as this one. Really can't wait for the Chimera Ant arc to come. |

| That was an intense episode. Although they skipped a few things at the beginning the rest of the episode was fine. It is episodes like this that make people want to watch sports anime. |

| Jeez, MH did it again, this episode was really superior in every aspect. One minor complaint: the episode went by really fast. I can't judge the tension or suspense building, though, because I've seen the OVAs and also read the manga. 5/5 |

| cool episode ...bobos death was nicely handled ..however gorenus nen beast was shattered and they didn't hide it that means one think''remember ants are not humans'' so prepare yourselves to see some bloody scenes |
| each episode is about 25 min like every other anime but this anime always feels waaaay too short. whenever i hear the narrator at the end i was like "nooooooo!!" xD this episode could be more intense though. 4/5 |

Shalnark said it in one of the first episodes of Greed Island. And the Phantom Troupe already went to the island sailing on a boat, although they were kicked out by Razor. If you weren't trolling, you really need to pay more attention xD. |
