| Recapping wasn't really that bad. At least we learned SOMETHING; the span of time. Speaking of which weren't they meeting up? 12 hours seems a little long of a detour (from the bus in the evening to the morning). I like how Takashi didn't really hesitate about killing a living human, but i guess anyone would have done that too. So i am guessing the zombies form a mob from chasing sounds? I just find it funny how the city is so empty and that they are hiding in corners and such... Edit: The teacher was only shown for about 30 seconds total but i just want to say his appearance repulses me. I have never read the manga though so that is just his impression. |

| ...Seriously? an episode that's at least half recap only 4 episodes into the series? I guess Madhouse must have really blew it's budget on the first few episodes if it had to resort to recaps. New ED theme again, though. Shido, although he gets virtually no screentime, was definitely the creepiest character this time around, although the guy at the gas station was really annoying too. |

| I have no gripes for the recap. If they're really following 1 chapter= 1 episode, Chapter 4 didn't have much material to cover a whole episode. So the recap wasn't too bad for me, as it was kind of needed to extend the contents to fit the episode. My only complaints in this episode is leaving out Takashi's inner thoughts saying that he is 'enjoying' the new, destroyed world for the first time when he was smashing the register, and with a twisted smile to boot. That was a clear development that they are changing. Fail. The other is the weird light that popped out when that dude was groping Rei. For me, I didn't want to see the groping but still, it's pretty weird that the lighting came out. The moaning though was pretty hot so it was ok ^^b. Lastly, they kind of removed "Them" attacking and chewing on the dude, only showed that he became one of "Them". Also fail. Overall, great episode, a bit weaker than last 3. Next episode should be great. Rika is finally showing up. I expect the Shido hate to rise over 9000 next episode, but I think it's rising now even though he had little screentime. There should be no recap for next episode, as the chapter it will cover is filled with happenings. |

| The recap was annoying but when they shot the guy and left him at the zombies mercy it was pure win. |
| Well thats that, didnt care for the recapping, but im glad to see how Takashi is calm under pressure for the most part and didnt make it sappy by trying to save that guy after 'they' were coming, sometimes in these scenarios, you see really annoying growing pains. But all is good so far. |
| recap was unexpected. kinda letdown by it. but i guess they put it there since there was not much going on in that chapter of the manga. and really? they censor groping? clothed groping? ahhhh, hope next week's episode is better. honestly not impressed with this one. |

| As has been pointed out by many, recap at episode four is completely unacceptable. The fact that this way they keep up with the manga is no excuse. It just makes them lazy rather than stupid. If you can't make content then it's not a good show. As for the rest of the show... well, it really is shallow in every aspect, isn't it? He can just directly cause a man to die like that? There was no attack to force him to pull the trigger. I honestly thought he'd slipped and there'd be some drama over that. But no, he went from agonizing over a zombie to fearing a gun to shooting an admittedly deranged man in a day. Based on the line from the manga that people have been mentioning, I guess he's just supposed to be psychotic. I mean, using the bullet for that didn't even make sense. That's pure homicidal rage. It's going to be pretty contrived if pinstripe survives the next meet up with that kind of attitude. Anyway, that little rant I gave doesn't really change anything. This was always a show to watch like the zombies already got your brains. It's enjoyable on that level. |

| I didn't mind the recapping. It wasn't enough to bother me, and I still thought the episode flowed nicely. Even if the show is shallow, it keeps me entertained. |
| Well this was the weakest episode by far and the recaps where needed because there is so little content in chapter 4 of the manga and they really stick with 1 episode to 1 chapter of the manga but i wish they didnt :( I hope this wont happen again in future episodes. And oh god the censorship either remove those scences or stop with that anoying light.... almost got blind XD |
