dina is the avatar of the goddess for sure no doubt about it
@deg

Probably, but I expect various plotwists, like Dina being some sort of mischievious twin or imouto of the Goddess, Venus vs Alovenus or something like that, no spoiler only theories and my playful mental trips... XD

If Tanaka and that absurd vehicle didn’t exist, this episode would’ve gotten a really high rating. There’s a lot of important information in this episode.

They can't end this series like this!
@Bayonette Bruh fr, this is an Isekai that actually NEEDS a S2 for it's story.
I like to watch some anime, I like to talk about some anime, I dislike wars over some anime, but more than anything I love to live my life, anime is an enjoyable and entertaining addition onto my life but it's not my whole life.

Nothing is obvious, Dina was helping Lufas way too much since the beginning of the story.
If she's the Goddess's Avatar, it doesn't make sense why she would help her so much.

This one. Imagine Dina is just Venus xD she is sussy liar for sure, but that doesn't mean she is Alovenus
@Jack_Shadows Not to mention that Dina may also have plans of her own, just think about it, she's also been isekaied and I'd presume might also have a form of grudge against the goddess herself.

@KoheiOnii-Chann Bruh I still don't get Tanaka, like I get that they can make "golems" but Tanaka is literally a transformer, like Optimus Prime or something.

@MewsicMagic
Well Virgo was really surprised by Tanaka.
The 12 Heavenly Stars are pretty much of how absurd Lufas is anyway, so stuff like that don't really surprise them.
But Virgo never met Lufas before.

OH snap. I'm all in now as this being one of my fav series of recent memory
and then realize it's the finale ep for this season...NOOooooo T_______T

I hope there is a S2 soon or at the very least in the works. Now that they actually put a reason why the dude was "iskai'ed"

Also would be interesting for Lufas and MC to interact (as in talk and not the whole "him chasing her shadow" thing they alluded to towards the end) at some point...but that's more like wishful thinking for something to happen well, at some point down the line.

And it's quite obvious Dina is an "avatar" or, in my opinion, more like a tsuedo-avatar?... Parthenos says the ability "avatar" meant the goddess "can be anyone" but I'm not all in at Dina "being" 100% the goddess in that sense...unless it's a translation thing....

But I guess we'll have to see in the future what she really is...

This episode I felt was a little weak for a finale but I did like the reveal of the dragons and how it tied the isekai plotline into the story. Seeing as this show is likely getting a season 2 I won't be too harsh on it as this is more just the mid-point than the actual ending but I was expecting a little more in the finale of season 1. I think it's an 8/10 overall, it's not the show of the season for me but I still really enjoyed it.

While I really enjoyed many aspects of this, I can't say I'm that satisfied. I guess it's a 7/10, at least until there's a continuation.

That BGM at the end was great. And the sound effect that plays whenever a place name pops up still really does it for me. Also nice to hear the OP again. I thought they were going to skip it.

Humor in this series really worked out for me lol.
The faces Dina made in this episode! I don't care if she is some avatar or goddess herself, I want her to be happy!
To be continued, huh?

I was surprised as this being the final episode.
Not really the best episode for a finale but still enjoyed it.

Lufas still pondering with her conversation with orm & questioning about the goddess alovenus & her plan as a developer for lufas and this world.

Also what was the actual lufas herself planning previously. So many questions. I find it really questionable that lufas didnt raise any suspicions on Dinas behavior of snooping on the conversation between her & orm plus forcible stopping it too & giving such a loose excuse for it.

Back at the palace a new party has been prepared with new elite members thanks to the king, but the hero is not really hopeful especially encountering that fight he witnessed.

lufas and others go to visit Parthenos whos watching over lufas's homeland & is supposed to be a human. Instead we meet Virgo whos from the heaven winged race who seems nice and wholesome.
I love how Lufas roasted dina about her "unique" personality. Deserved ngl.
Granma parthenos has apparently passed away by choking on a fruit, i dont know if i should call it funny or unfortunate. Also she apparently decided to stay back as a ghost because of her vengeance & still maintains the barrier.
Aigokeros the dumbass that he is breaks the barrier to lure out panthenos but it still doesnt work.

Libra then suggests lufas to visit her mothers grave and the real player contemplates how lufas's mother is still a stranger to him but still agrees to go which was wholesome.
We get a Tanaka jet upgrade thanks to that.
Player gets to see and resonate with bit of lufas's childhood memories and boy its bad.
Again dina with the sus behavior telling the player to not look too much into Lufas's memories and telling her to leave the town if necessary. Like cmon dina you are really being too obvious & again, how is he not noticing anything sus about dina.

After visiting lufas real home, panthelos finally appears in her young form while keeping her Obaba voice. Interesting choice ngl. I like her personality.

She apparently knows a lot more than what the other members do especially regarding the goddess and lufas's memories. Plus Lufas giving her special orders to seal the city and the instructions about the revival. So lufas did know about goddess's future schemes to an extent.
Also it was a good decision taking lufas alone to give her answers. We got more lore and world building cause now we have greater beings in forms of 5 vanguard Dragons created by the goddess herself. They are so rare & well hidden that they dont even appear in the game.

Also its interesting that they are dragons who are supposed to save the world from crisis, but the demons driving the humans to near extinction didnt count as one for the goddess, shows how little she thinks of humans or even cares about this world. No wonder Lufas was planning to wage a battle against her, also making panthenos & others (possible future characters) to seal the dragons one by one was a good move. But the moon dragon still remains to be sealed.

Another revelation by panthenos about Goddess having an Avatar ability where she can be a puppeteer and affect the world & control the beings in it easily since she cant manifest herself directly. HMM WONDER WHO COULD THAT BE? cmon lufas you need to figure it out by know but still tbh saying it could be anyone in this world just makes it more tedious in her mind.

Finally Lufa's or rather the players final thoughts. I like how they interchanged the voice to give the balance & also giving emphasis to the players perspective & inner monologue & the bg ost too was well done for the scene. Well directed.
Not only is he now determined find out the reason for his existence in this world as being chosen to be lufas & why the goddess took that decision but also wanting to know more about lufas and her reason & motive to fight the goddess. He was just playing along until now, but now he will actually "Play" the game to find its creator.
This ending did create a lot of questions but also gives us new direction to advance the story & plot progression.

Also loved the choice of ending the episode with the OP song. Its really fitting as if giving us a send off in a hype manner.

Good Season overall. Really enjoyed the fights, the world building & the Story. Characters we enjoyable too. Hope to see a Season 2 since it really has some interesting Potential.
Also i do want to see Lufas and the Player interact with each other one day, that would really be a delight to see.

Well, it's good, but I feel like I haven't learned anything from this story. I'm hoping for a season 2, which I think is extremely important to have, because otherwise I don't get anything out of the story.

In my opinion, this is the kind of story that would have been much better if there had been 24 episodes. We would have understood better what they were trying to tell us here.

The way child Lufas was running into and stood besides the current Lufas as those sunset lightings scattered all over like rays of hope and then the subtle melancholia from the violin striked, complimenting her deep-seated introspection... moments like that gets me everytime.

"To Be Continued"? Please by all means.

Wouldn't mind at all, serving someone worthy as Luphas Maphaahl.

Well, the hero finally got a proper "Lets defeat the demon king!" party.

Dina was beautifully a two-faced backstabbing evil chick from the get go.
But the crown goes to Lufas for being cool level-headed badass.

Yeah and the other characters were interesting, but mostly used for comic relief.

Super rushed ending... hoping for a season 2.
I think Dina might've been the goddess' avatar all along.

7/10 overall

I feel ending was satisfied:

We got established goal for the future:

1. Learn more about Real Lufas;
2. Defeat 5 Dragon gods;
3. Defeat Alovenus;

With this we can move no the next season. From now on MC is not just enojoying adventure of gathering constelaions, but finally opened secret final quest.

Speaking about Venus, she is still sus. It seems that she is Alovenus avatar, but something doesn't feel right about her. For example, she wants to defeat the Demon King, which was Real Lufas goal. I'm not sure if this cpuld be true, but what if she is some jelous misschief Alovenus sister, not Alovenus and not the avatar.

Anyway, I will rate this season as 9/10.
