| I'm so glad it was the last episode, it got so much more annoying in a span of 20 minutes. This constant back and forth is so unnecessary, and I'm very disappointed that we never got to truly see Kai's perspective. And what's with all this embarrassing confessions for the whole school to hear? Is this really what kids consider to be cool? |
| Was that the first time Kai properly smiled all season? I don't remember if there was one before this. Damn he looks fine though. So cute they finally "got together" even though Uka has no idea what that means lol now the question is what will happen next? |

| Wow, I loved that finale. The final two episode I absolutely adored. This series had a bit of a rough start. I thought the second half was much bimproved and it peaked in the ending. Felt like an old school shoujo experience in the way it progressed and ended, tbh. Public confessions surrounded by, "ahhhh girls," to add a little extra cheese to the scene. Plenty of happy tears, embraces, and a kiss or two for good measure. Yeah, this one isn't winning any awards, but I really liked it. I can also understand why the comments here are mixed with some absolutely hating it. However, for me, I will take this over most of the shounen romance schlock any day of the week. I liked Kai's character from the start. I wouldn't say he had a ton of progression, but finding out more about him was enjoyable. Uka was very hard to watch in the beginning, but she progressed to the point where she was good enough. I was happy for her in the end. That is about all I can ask after the way her character started the series. I think I enjoyed all of the side characters, tbh. I really liked the art style and character designs. Clean and very pleasant on the eyes. It also got me wanting to try some honey lemon soda, so there is that. Probably just tastes like slightly sour Mountain Dew, lol. I almost wanted to give it an 8, but instead I will go with a high end 7. Once the emotions wear off I will re-evaluate, but for now... 7.81 |

| This was my comfort anime this season, so I'm not going to try and give it an objective overall score (that would seem to be most advantageous for both of us). I'm honestly surprised that the manga keeps going further, I might actually check it out (I like this much better for its slice-of-life than romance). Btw, why was Marin crying after Kai's announcement? I guess that she was full-on delulu. |

| I get that she’s insecure, but how can you go from exchanging “I love you” messages, twice, to thinking “how does he feel about me?” That’s just next level delusional. This whole episode felt like it repeated the same confession scene 4 times and then acted like it didn’t happen. |

| Yikes...to the end, this series is the definition of a trashy wish-fulfillment shoujo romance anime. The male MC is such a chad that he responds to Uka's confession in front of the entire school when he was entrusted to give a speech for the school morning assembly, and he is willing to put up with a girl who constantly cries, runs away, and doubts herself. How many times has she done that in this one episode? An entire episode of this tirade of going back and forth. The supporting characters in this show are also extremely unmemorable, save for (I guess) Serina and Ayumi, who for some reason both full-heartedly support the main couple. And the rest are just either random NPCs or bullies. Anyways, kudos to this show for making me feel so much second-hand embarrassment and for being so bad that it's entertaining. |

| Look ill say it, despite the all of the shit i talked about this anime this ending wasn't as bad as i thought it would be but it was still kind of shit tbh. I still found this episode hard to watch I guess saying things like I love you so bluntly epically in situations like that is just corny. Anyway I'm glad that this show is over! I am free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway at least the romance anime ended with romance unlike some other ones :< |
| The direction in the last few episodes (especially 11) felt a little different. It was like there was this big tonal shift between the Isimori/Miura melodrama and the comedic reactions of Uka's friends - and I liked it. I think had the chorus aspect been played up more throughout the series, it wouldn't have dragged as much at points. I wanted to like this. At the beginning I was hoping it would get better. And it did! I think this show finished really strong. Glad the score went over 7 finally. |

| I ended up really adoring this man, I support Uka with all my heart. But I am going to need more of Ishimori's friend group, they only really formed towards the end, but they're so fun and of course Ayumi best girl. This feels like just the beginning of Uka and Kai's story, I'm sure there's a lot more they will go through. On that note, season 2 please. |

I said before: A happy Uka will make your entire day... Even your entire week! This show was the best example of how little cute drawings will make the story so much fun.   Overall, I liked this series so much. The last two episodes (or the entire series, depending on how you see it) were what I wanted from Komi and Tadano in two whole seasons! Seeing the beginning of every episode ending with those two together like a married couple or something like that was the dream, yet this ending didn't disappoint at all. That's a 9 from me. |

| We can only hope for a second season. I personally really enjoyed this anime. It was so precious. Uka needs to chill out on how much she cries lmao I wonder who the new teacher was Uka truly lived my coming of age dream! I do agree more background info on everyone one else would've been great. Everyone is saying they enjoyed this anime but then gave it a low score??? I didn't really see the resemblance of kimi ni todoke, to me it was more Skip to Loafer 9/10 for me! Huge character developments, cute and pretty original story, great characters, good animation, fantastic music, and an adorable story <3 |

| Definitely a rough one to get through. Wasn’t the worst, but certainly far from the best. It picked up a bit towards the end real quick almost as if it was trying to compensate from the starting pace. |

| I never thought I could feel such a relief from finishing an anime. This was bad, something that started off as something okay. Ended up as getting more and more of a chore each episode progressed. The pace is wack, the still motions from certain episodes are wack. The same repetitive music gets wack real quick, the main characters are wack. So all in all, this anime was wack. Her gloomy personality and his low key cocky and mean personality is something that got boring so fast, just like everything else from this anime. The ways she always finds other ways to be depressing and him finding other ways of being so extremely annoying and extra is one of the only things I'll every remember of this mediocre anime. Also this anime got me traumatized of planes, I honestly don't know how much I saw the same plane over and over again for NOTHING. I honestly wouldn't recommend this anime to anyone. Not even to shoujo romance fans, since I usually do love shoujo especially cliche romance ones. I am being decent when I rate this a 5/10 because one part of me wants to rate this even lower out of frustration of wasting my time. Well at least they are dating.. Took long enough but ok |
