| As someone that could be seen as "old" around here and coming from a family of construction workers. Feels good seeing a 40 year old MC construction worker. Only that fact is a breath of fresh air. This was fun episode, with great ost. |

| Powerfully epic and well-done episode! Honestly, I got interested in this anime because of its fresh premise. I wanted it to be at least entertaining, but this first episode? It exceeded my expectations. :D Heck, even this ending theme is creative and fantastic. My knowledge about Kamen Rider is pretty basic (like, really basic), but I enjoyed it a lot and I wasn't confused even for a moment. I liked all references to the original show that I was able to detect. And well, the iconic title drop was there as well. ;p Toujima is really strong. He will be great as a wannabe superhero... I mean, as a Kamen Rider, lol. |

| Talk about potential!! I mean I read the premise and I didn't want to oversell it to myself but it hits. It hits so hard. It's so good after this I'm gonna go watch Samurai Flamenco again. Normally I say Anime you gotta give it three episodes but this is how you hit a ep 1 out of the park. |
