@MasterHavik even when she was about to get SAed she escaped on her own twice, Okarun & Turbo baba helped him but she wasn't completely helpless.

@MasterHavik God forbid a female is put in any dangerous situation in the year 2025, because everyone knows that such beings of light are inmune to dangers and being in one is automatically sexists or something like that.
Your two examples are bad takes. In both cases she is:
1 - Not asking a man in particular for help, even less a prince charming
2 - She saves herself using her own capacities
3 - The external help she receives is from a woman (turbo granny, be it by possessing okarun in 1st ep or by using her "luck" in the onsen or when she was inside the backpack)
I can accept that she got saved by Okarun in this episode (first time it actually happens), but even so she was fighting on her own and Okarun was just a clutch that was going to join sooner or later to pair with her.
She then proceeded to defeat the bigger threat of the arc by herself.
Okarun has been in danger time and time again and always saved by momo, is he a guy in distress or just someone going through the events of the story that coincidentially are dangerous in most cases?

| @CorbanEsp There is a way to put a female characters in dangerous situation without having to go to the SA route. Like go play RE3 for example dude. also, I never called the show sexist, I just said she has been a damsel at times. She is also a plot device for a good amount of season 1and part of season 2. She is earning her keep this arc, which is great. I'm happy to see that narrative is starting to shake off from her. I don't mind being wrong but it is just criticism and not a "bad take". No need to be so defensive. I love the show. Momo is doing what I want to see from Pop Step. I'm fine with being proven wrong as that meas the show is even better. Let's stop putting her in the same situation as you can put a female character in danger without going that route. Even Made in Abyss understands this and their female lead is legit 10 years old. Relax man we're all fans at the end of the day. |

| I loved the visuals with all this strobing the whole fighting and chase sequences look great. That was pretty smart of Momo to burn the house down to get firemen to saturate the ground in water. I was so caught up in everything the end of the episode caught up unexpectedly. It felt short. |

| Lol, how can Evil Eye, despite being evil and naked, be less annoying than Jiji? Cool fight between Okarun and Evil Eye. Really enjoyed it and the conclusion with Okarun knocking him out via "serious squats" was ridiculously epic. Crazy cliffhanger, btw. Please tell me the volcano erupted because of the earthquake the Earthworm caused and not because those cultists were right... 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20/5 episode. |

| I admit I was expecting the volcano to erupt when the worm was defeated, it was the whole point of the rituals. But I still don't like that Kido family, I really hope we'll get rid of them, they are so selfish! Great fight, but disappointing ending, maybe there is something else next episode? I guess it will be the end of this story arc (started in the final episode of previous season). |

Tbh, Okarun losing wouldn't mean he's nerf. Jiji is just an overall better host as he's physically peak and spiritually a genius.

It's a relief Momo didn't actually get arrested for admitting arson, but also correctly guessed Okarun would have been dragged in the orange slime himself along with Cat Turbogranny and i would have preferred to see again those creepy old people. |

| Awesome episode - but this anime suffers from the classical "wtf it's over already?!" condition... or maybe it's me suffering from that condition. ...maybe I'm possessed by a yokai... This is Kill la Kill brand of "over the top". It's just ridiculous - and I'm all about it. It's hilarious too - Gintama-esq comedy. I don't know how long the manga or whatever form this came in first actually is, but this is one I could probably watch for a good long time if it runs long enough. |

| That two stage rocket with Momo and Okarun was pretty cool. I like how even with all of these chaotic developments there's still time for our MCs to flex their worm knowledge. Okarun was awesome using his 20 count combo against evil eye. But this situation has only gotten more dire, and Momo is having trouble getting assistance on the outside with all the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Maybe they can use the dried out worm as a staircase? |
