| that movie had a lot of unresolved plot points, huh?... like, Menmeln in the last episode... in the movie, she simply die and that's it? no explanation of her motivations, or what she was doing?... now Justice... he got hurt in the battle, leave and there's nothing else... Natsuko didn't know where he was living, or his motivations to leave the Nine Soldiers, what means the movie also don't explain that no wonder this thing bombed ^^' |
| Ooh, Gurren Lagann reference in this one. I wondered when Natsuko's drawings would finally fail and it seems we have came to that point. I'm guessing that Justice is about to save her from death next episode, but we shall see. The earlier moments with Justice were quite good. I was truly feeling sorry for his situation. Natsuko became overconfident and is trying to do everything by herself. Hopefully, she doesn't learn the hard way with some dying or getting hurt because of it. |

| After 5 episodes I still cannot stand her obnoxious hair mop.. ๐ข They were also quite quick to forgive Memmeln for her betrayal, weren't they? Anyway, a girl is going to learn that she cannot do everything on her own in the next ep. A stubborn, irritating girl.. |

| Her creations won't have an end in sight, that's for sure. The victory pose of the Nine Soldiers ๐ she's owning up the whole hero gig That Justice story though, an unfortunate fall from grace. A pretty self sacrificial move, but I suppose they were doing it for what they felt was the best. As much as I would love to say don't assume the way he feels, can't change the past. You can only live with it. Another flock of Void monsters for her to draw her way out of. Feel like the summoning of the animator desk will never get old. There's so much color and movement in it, probably used a chunk of the budget on that sequence alone. But hey, her drawing lost in the end. And this time she doesn't have her coworker telling her that she can't do it alone.. could probably imagine her having that realization next episode. |

| Compared to the past where Natsuko would give little regard to anyone handling her project, now she's the one being praised for all the work of the Nine Soldiers. Well, that pisses both Luke and Unio, more towards the latter geting closer to the new Sentai hero in that regard. The group meeting Destiny to seek the Serval Cat House around the slums in the District of Despair, and while the orphans are quite rowdy, this is proving to be more difficult for the Nine Soldiers to handle. Well, not the case for Natsuko who's able to rally the kids and get them to understand within a mere instant. Luke being influenced by Natsuko's Sentai features lol. Deep within the slums, one of the former Nine Soldiers of dragonkin Justice, now is but a shell of her former self wasting her days and getting drunk, right after a supposedly brutal fight that cost her her wings and being unable to fly, this secret being kept from Luke. Of course, Unio and Luke seeing their "relationship" from afar, it's definitely not "adult" as she described it to be. But with QJ sensing Void activity, and Natsuko trusting more of her pegboard's directions, a nest of Void eggs is trouble enough, so cutting them out ASAP with her drawings should help...but this time, it didn't work. Natsuko's overconfidence and individualism may very well be her Achilles' Heel at this stage. |

| Seeing Destiny that silly cat mast was enough as it is but making her jacket with muscles is just unacceptable! She was supposed to be ity bity tities! Enough nonsense, Natsuko's attitude of doing everything on her own plus the overconfidence cockiness created a situation where the Luke will have a true despair. Why I might think that? Justice was just introduced to us and it's a big flag that tells us he'll be the on dying, if this show allows the current characters to die and not just that of the past. |

| Ik this is going to be a generic Isekai and all but i'm decently liking the story so far here. Natsuko continues on her character arc and Luke being Luke ig. |
