| Freya has finally pulled out the big guns and decides to take Bell by force, but she went a step further by rewriting everyone in Orario's memories to accept that Bell is a member of the Freya familia. This doesn't sound like a good idea on Ferya's part as Bell will never accept the altered reality of being in Freya's familia without mind control which doesn't affect him. Hestia who is also not affected by Freya's charm is given too much time to come up with a counterattack even though right now she is powerless to do nothing with the Freya familia watching Hestia's moves. At least Ryuu was able to escape. I guess this was Freya's way of mentally breaking Bell by taking everything that was important to him. It's crazy that only half a year has gone by in the story and we are five seasons in the anime covering the 16th volume. The story is moving way too slow. Bell is really living his own personal nightmare. Happy Halloween!!! |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Oh my god, what a stressful episode thid was. Freya is INSANE!! She is fcking NUTS!! I wasn't expecting her to brainwashing the whole Orario. The gaslighting arc begin now, i see. Hestia has to act like she was brainwashed too, that must be hurt Bell so much. |

| So this is going to sound super negative despite me for the most part enjoying this series, but when it comes to shows like this that have strong game elements I usually get hung up on that stuff because it's an interesting draw for me. Making levels, power, skills feel genuine, interesting and just cool matter. And a reason I've been mixed about this show recently is basically, how can Bell still just kinda suck? We're on season 5 now and he is just weak compared to every new person who they just add to the show. He has moments against some monsters and you think, oh ok, now we're going to get into a story we're he's crazy strong, but nope. Five seasons in and he still just tries to hit people with a dagger, but gets blocked, shots a generic fireball and occasionally uses his deus ex machina hero skill that just makes his generic fireball and more powerful generic fireball. I think this episode was a tipping point for me. And the worst part is that this season premise is genuinely interesting, but just watching Bell and the rest of his familia get one shot is just a huge "come on" moment. I get that this isn't supposed to be a typical OP main protagonist anime, but like, can we at least make him feel good? |

| Alright this is getting crazy! Was not expecting this show to get this interesting. Im confused though, did Syr ever exist? Was it always just Freya in disguise? Then who was Syr talking to when she met Freya? Do you think Freya knows Bell is aiming for Wallenstein? If so, rip her I guess. Because even if he joins Freyas family, he is not going to love her as long as Wallenstein is around.. Hestias family getting roughed up like this was pretty unnecessary if she was just going to mindcontrol everyone anyway. Cant be mad at Freyas with that ED though~ |

the way the plot is told is quite dumb tbh, why they reveal of hestia resistance and that she's actually immune to it rather than having the suspense element. although it's obvious that it won't stay that way forever but it's still better than nothing. coming from anime pov only so was it any different from lns? also, did they have any particular reason for them making it like this? i don't mind any spoiler and I really hope i won't have to drop this series

| So the explanation for that scene between Syr and Freya was, that Freya wanted to "roleplay" with Horn? That's such bullshit... so both people in that scene knew it was fake, but it was shown to the viewer as if it wasn't. So it literally was just there to confuse the viewer, there the characters had no need for that after all. I also hate how different the powers of gods are in this show. Some goddesses like Hestia are completely useless while someone like Freya can even alter the memories of all the other gods, wtf? |
When the goddess of love just doesn't get her way with her loved one shit truly hits the fan and she employs her yandere side to the maximum~  |
