Isekais are my weak spot, many hate on the genre with the same tropes being used. But I'm one of the few who love it. i adore the artstyle of this one, and I really like the mc holding back and being not arrogant. Great show so far I'm exited to watch it all :)

Every year, the Magical Kingdom of Klyrode calls upon numerous heroes from diverse realms to join their battle against the nefarious Dark One and his formidable army of demons. Among these heroes is Banaza, hailing from the Royal Capital Paluma. However, there's a glaring anomaly—Banaza, a mere merchant, lacks any magical prowess or combat skills, and his abilities are woefully inadequate. To compound matters, a misfortune renders him unable to return home. Deemed unworthy as a hero and abandoned in a foreign world, Banaza finds himself cast aside to the fringes of the kingdom by a callous king intent on his removal. His prospects appear grim indeed.

The idea isn't new, but it's daring. Instead of a high schooler, we have a fantasy guy transported to another world. His stats going infinitely high is a first for me. I'm curious why he didn't use purification, but using all his spells is cool. They must be summoning a lot if they're doubling up. Finding out the cute wolf girl is a powerful demon was surprising, but losing her cuteness is sad. Maybe she can turn back, but being a murderous demon takes away from her charm.

That title is a big fat lie. He was level 2 for a sec, then bam, he's over 350 just by cleaning up the forest.

@IzanaSolos the lvl 2 thing is as u probalby realised when his op abilities kicked in, hence lvl 2 -> cheat power. And the lvl up is as u saw from him unknowingly clearing out the whole frontline of the demon army. And In my opinion him staying a guy is prob for the best, or rather either way it would fall into the two tropes of mc gender in isekai. Either its a guy who gets girls, or its the girl who gets girls and is embarrassed being a girl with them. I don't mind either way but I'm just a sucker for isekais so don't pay it too much mind xD.

Dangerous demon suddenly became a thicc, deredere waifu. Damn she so adorable.

After looking at the cast, I just realized that this anime gave chance to some of the famous veteran voice actors/actresses. Felt like I am watching an anime from mid 2000's to early 2010's.

It's not the worst ep 1 ever but the cliffhang and ep 1 syndrome doesnt help. Next time I have no idea whats gonna happen but. Like. What do I even say. EP 2 I guess

I guess I mean the premise is that the mc is overpowered as hell but he's an idiot so he doesnt know how to fully utilize his abilities. Shrug

The Magical Kingdom of Klyrode, slightly different from the world that Banaza, or should I say Flio is from. It’s similar to Re:Monster where the two worlds aren’t that different in terms of some of the functionality. I don’t know if I’ll stick with this series, but I will say that I definitely enjoyed the female version of Banaza if you know what I mean.

I checked out the first episode of Tsukimichi, so the premise of Banaza being banished because his stats are garbage is something I’m familiar with (also Naofumi in The Rising of the Shield Hero). But it seems that Banaza has some overpowered abilities, like the fact his magic doesn’t run out and it continues recharging, and using his magic allows him to level up (hence why he had to turn off his level notifications). He purified the Delaveza Forest instantly, which was rumored to be filled with so much Malicium that the king planned to send an army to take care of that.

But… it turns out the little girl is a demon herself, which is why the voice guide warned Banaza before he revealed how he purified it. She is Fenrys, younger sister of Fengaryl of the Internal Four (whatever that means). We’ll see how this turns out next episode, as it looks like Fenrys becomes friendly…

Oh man this is one of worst first episodes for isekai anime I have seen, straight up copy of Shield Hero and How I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. Even the 999lvl hero looks like the spear hero

@Spookyazzhero There is no correlation between this and How I Got Reincarnated as a Slime or The Rising of the Shield Hero and the 999 Level Hero can't pass as Motoyasu.

Naofumi was accused of rape and essentially outcasted. During his journey he builds new bonds with those such as Raphtalia and Filo, and raises his reputation.

Rimuru explores the world slowly building up a country of monsters to live freely and peacefully.

Banaza is simply trying to life a decent life by adventuring and making money.

the manga is acceptable to read because the flying screen doesn't talk, but this in animation is totally ridiculous
stop adapting an IRL game, it has no immersion and no quality, it's just rubbish for children

Looks like we got a konosuba style slow life isekai with cheat mc. I mean infinite stat points is crazy. MC is summoned as a hero but is cast out by the king for having inferior stats at level 1. The blonde hero has 999 stats as soon as he was summoned. Too bad the king didn’t realize the level 2 cheat skills.

MC purifies an entire forest and brings back a demon along with a typical all female knight’s party. Episode was alright but I hope this series doesn’t try to rip off that konosuba harem character development.

Well that was pretty... generic? I mean the only unique thing seems to be that he was transported not from our world, but from another fantasy world. Aside from that it seems that the girl gang is pretty useless despite seeming quite competent in this episode, judging from the ending.
