Finally it started and was subbed fairly quick. A little disappointed that it was a recap but I guess that's alright since season 1 aired a while ago. But I just marathoned it so I could start season 2 right away so it's a little annoying to me. For some reason I'm kind of surprised they're starting with Valentine's day stuff right off the bat. I can't wait for things to get moving. My question is what year are they in now? It seems like 2nd year, last session. |

darn, i posted my thoughts on this on the other forum board for episode 1. Should have checked the anime's info first but I just looked at it a few days ago and I swear this wasn't under kimi ni todoke then. Anyway, not too crazy over recaps especially when I've just marathoned the previous season. 8} |

well i think its was good for those who didn't get or watched the 1st season and the funny thing is that when it came out i thought it was the new season already but now i just found out that it was only a recap and i almost got angry thinking why waist time on her just show us the good stuff but i guess they thought it was necessary in the end it doesn't affect the actual 2nd season what a relief =) but just one more thing they need to go show when they go out cuz if they dont i sue them lol |

Nothing brought tears of joy than this series and this second season makes no difference while being as good as the first season. The OP in this intro with the ED was excellent. Although OP spoils some things at hinting. Art is top notch for both OP and ED. What was interesting in this episode is Kurumi's past revealing in a more depth mixed with Kurumi's present time and flashbacks as she strolls through cafe, hearing girls gossip over a incident that was similar to hers in her past, and along the winter streets. They really took the best Kurumi/Sawako and Kazehaya/Kurumi moments. Tears, great purity and emotions that can only be rivalled those of Clannad and Kanon 2006. Furthermore the OST around Sawako calling Kurumi Ume was great! There is also strangely enough vibrations of Death Note around the following spoiler. |

Hey, although it was a recap it at least added something to the story - at least another perspective. Now episode 16 of the 1st season was a complete recap and waste of time. btw, i wish it was longer than 13 episodes as I feel they'll probably try to rush it towards the end if it stays true to the manga. There were a couple manga chapters that were pretty short (20 pages vs. the usual 45+ pages) so they will probably combine them. Even still, I wish it went further - incredibly doubtful that we'll see a 3rd season. |

awwwh... can't wait ^^ this ep really reminded me of the atmosphere in Kimi ni Todoke, even tho the quality of the art seemed subpar of what the normal anime was (anyone else feel that way? o0) |

At first I really hated Kurumi. But then I realized I am becoming more interested in her, ever since the sports festival I guess. I want to see more involvement from her! :D |

Personally I wasn't expecting the recap so I was a little disappointed that it wasn't completely new. But as recaps go it was pretty good. I missed this show so much! The music and the animation and... it's just awesome. I can't wait to see what happens next. :) |

Despite this episode being a recap, I actually really enjoyed the different perspective seen by Ume. It felt new, even being seen all before. It kind of felt like the animation took a step up too! (^.^) Well, all I can do now is look forward to the actual series to start! Looking forward to the next! |

No matter how horrible Kurumi was, when you see everything from her point of view, you can kinda understand why she behaved the way she did. She really was (and still is) in love with him. Poor Umi-chan! I just want to give her a big hug. She's so moe! |

I just finished the first season last week so everything's still fresh enough in my mind that this episode just flew by, heh. Although I never really thought of Kurumi as a great bitch, it's still nice to see a few more things in her point of view. The OP and ED for this season are top notch; can't wait to see more of KimiTodo. |

It's nice hearing the event with Kurumi in the main role. It puts things into perspective. I like her, hope she finds some other guy that she likes and he likes her back this time. |

This recap brought so many memories back, it made me want to watch the whole season one again (and probably will ^^u) _Aniki said: awwwh... can't wait ^^ this ep really reminded me of the atmosphere in Kimi ni Todoke, even tho the quality of the art seemed subpar of what the normal anime was (anyone else feel that way? o0) I feel the same way. I loved how "fluffy" and soft the background looked before, now it looks a bit closer to that of a regular anime, not my cup of tea. |

Ah. Recap. Watching the little footage that makes a prelude to the actual second season is worth it. I still don’t know how Kurumi hides her true self under a “happy” façade even if she has tears in her eyes and is basically dying inside with regret. Hard work there. |
I think, then procrastinate. Therefore, I am. |

While I was watching theses scenes again I couldn't help but feel with Kurumi.(: I think it's great how she confessed Kazehaya her feelings and how she didn't try to make him feel sorry for her. She was strong and I admire her for that. ^____^ So the next episode is about Valentine's day. Wow, could get interesting for real. |
