| Interesting, I liked the 1st episode. About the angles, at first it might be off-putting but you get used it as they slow down its use throughout the ep. tbh i love to see scenes from different points of view, they can be used to accentuate the atmosphere or certain feelings by the MCs. Static frames that are normally present on this kind of shows are here substituted by a more dynamic approach. A constant in the show is the use of a low-saturated color palette (20-50% most of the time), so colors don't look "vivid", but the low saturation gives a sense of softness. Visuals can be very bright at times 40-80%) and i can see why some people might find it uncomfortable to watch, mostly in scenes where windows are involved, illuminating a little too much the characters from behind. Looking forward to what's to come! |

| Before my friend reminded me about this anime, I only knew that a show about forgetting glasses was to air during Summer 2023 season. After hearing about this anime's good and unique animation, I couldn't at least not try it out. I don't regret starting this series. Visuals and animation were stellar and pleasant to watch. I hope they will represent similar high quality in the next episodes as well. I will definitely continue watching it. I'm not a fan of romance anime, this one seems to be wholesome, at least judging by its first episode. There were some flaws I could see, or naive elements in the plot, but I was entertained enough to not drop this series just after one episode. |
| Interesting animations and camera angles. But goddamn the core concept itself did not get me interested. Mie does not capture that appeal of attractiveness. And the MC(Komura) is so plain, doing the same reactions, annoying inner-monologue, a creep, like what special characteristics does he and Mie have? The no glasses gimmick isn't going to last long here. Hope this gets better later on... fingers crossed. |

| I'm a huge fan of the original series. It's probably a top 5 if not to 3 for me. With that in mind I'm skeptical with how they're handling the show. Everything seems extremely over produced and exaggerated, and I'm not sure I'm a fan given the simplicity and almost quiet vibe of the original is what draws me in so much. The voice talent is perfect, that at least is incredibly solid. Also Mie's eyes are really, really pretty, something that was critical to get right imo. I'm excited for the rest of this series but I'm sad that I might not be able to recommend it as much as the manga, if things progress like this episode. Still excited to see these characters moving nonetheless. Edit: Also I HATE how creepy the protagonist comes across. In the manga, with the same dialog, he is seen as sweet and caring instead, while still being a middle schooler with urges that he tries his best to keep in check. That was totally lost in the anime. |

| Good start made me chuckle in a few places, if she keeps this up the poor kids gonna have a heart attack before long. The CG was actually not bad all thing considering, it didn't annoy me like it does in most, and was soon overlooked so I guess that means its done well enough. |

| Founc camera-angles a bit weird at the start but got used to it after half episode. If you think Takagi, Kaguya, Tonikaku have the most adorable and wholesome couple, you ain't seen nothing yet. |

| this looked so pretty. great use of colours, cg and camera angles. i'm not sure but is this a high production value anime? anyway the concept is fun and i like how they got so close in just a matter of 2 days. the guy is kinda wholesome too, mei is pretty cute like a little doll. looking forward to seeing them get closer. |

| Both MC were... how to describe it... exasperating. But I was told this becomes more wholesome as the episodes go. I hope that will be the case. I have big expectations for this anime. |

| The mcs have adorable chemistry together. Seriously. It feels Sakura-sou esque. However, the camera angles AND background quality? Yeah, we need to talk about this. 6/10 so far, deviation of my score on the future projected to go up or down by 3 at the most. |
