 Regular watcher of anime Sporadic reader of manga I started watching anime seriously in 2007 and so some of my earlier ratings may not be accurate. My current ratings are mostly based on how much I enjoyed the anime. Anime I find boring or irritating to watch are dropped immediately. I care more about the plot progression and character development than the quality of the art and sound. I am partial to anime with these genres/themes: romance, comedy, gore, and psychological. I am a subs rather than dubs type of gal. I skip all ops and eds, unless I find the song really catchy. I watch both completed and airing anime. |

I've been watching anime since late 90s, I started when I was 6..
Jdrama I got into it in 2014 with inspector Fukuie... I like women in glasses and I got interested in it from the poster,.. So I was like beautiful actress with glasses solving cases, sign me up.. And I got into it, from there..
if you manage to watch any of the dramas I suggested, let me know whether you liked them .
If you prefer that then I will say you can watch the movie , a loving husband staring Abe Hiroshi and Yuki amami..
Sousa Kaigi wa Living de! Is another family comedy..
Gokushufudo, must watch but I think everyone has seen it.
Hakozume: Tatakau! Koban Joshi I think you'll love these two.. Very funny and way better than the Anime adaptions..
Ore no Ie no Hanashi, Gakeppuchi Hotel!
I can recommend you sports drama like this sumo one and you'll probably have a good laugh out of them
Like my dad is a heel wrester and The Ringside Story(extremely funny romantic comedy) ...
Ore no Hanashi wa Nagai is probably my favorite family comedy, as I've a lot in common with the mian character and the plot..
But you can talk about anything really..
I'm more into murder/mystery and supernatural /myths and urban legends..also like to watch medical dramas and sports..
but I do occasionally watch family dramas,gourmet, traveling and slice of life..
I think that's about covers the types of dramas I watch..
