| Enjoyed the anime, but was disappointed with the ending. I liked the main guy because for once he is not clueless as most main characters and the harem wasn't over-exagerrated like in most animes these days. The drama made it more enjoyable even though it's a romcom. But we didn't see any progress between the two main leads. Makabe would be better off with Neko, imo. I hate cliffhangers, well all do, so I'm hoping for a 2nd season to make it right. It IS a good anime, the ending just didn't meet our expectations. |
| No clear conclusion ? Just it ? What ?? All of my watch, for 12 episodes, just for this ending ? I never hate or dissapointed with harem anime, but this show will be the first to be in my exception for that. I know it want to be like another "just-read-the-manga-after-this" anime, but at least give clear conclution, dont hang us like this Score ? 4/10 |

| If it weren't for Neko, I would've dropped this anime a long time ago. Man she's so precious compared to all these other shit trash characters. I felt so uncomfortable and bored when I thought she wouldn't come back anymore she kept the candle burning. Masamune is kinda the only other character that I don't necessarily hate, but he's definitely the most stupid and retarted character of this entire anime. This show made me angry on so many levels though. The only great thing is the OP and ED. Props to that. The art and visuals were OK aswell.. |

| After rewatching the anime since it ended in early 2017, I gotta say I enjoyed it much much more. It was fun. Great characters, funny comedy, really fun MC, and for a rom-com the romantic interactions were spot on. It was awesome. I really liked how this anime also felt unique. I liked the background music as well and its drama moments. Really good rom-com. Im kinda surprised it rated here on MAL with a 6.90 as of the writing of this comment. I thought it would have been at least higher than that. Off to the OVA. |

| I honestly enjoyed the anime, I really got engaged with seeing Masamune defeating fatty which I kinda got to see here. Tbh I'm a bit sad that the show left us with an open ending teasing a 2nd season that might never come. Time to read the manga I guess..... |

| That play was a hot mess as Masamune entered the stage with his clumsiness, That was a very straightforward kiss and a straight punch by Aki to Masamune An after-party when the play concluded this seems interesting to watch karaoke damn I can't get a hold of that That duet was splendid but what Masamune did was just far from hot actually it was hot garbage probably what I'd be to be honest even Yoshino had to call for help it was hilarious, A bit more teasing at the end and now time for the OVA I guess. |

| IT IS FINALLY OVER. Just took me 5 years to finish this anime. First the positives. - Silver Link knows their stuff, the manga has great art, and it was adapted wonderfully to anime, I loved the art and the designs, the usage of color was soo good; - The OST is better than what this anime deserves, there are parts of this show where the sound pushes the drama to new heights, Neko confession and kiss scene at episode 8 was the best part of this adaptation, it is soo much better here than in the manga, the usage of the sound and the directing there is 10/10; - This brings me to this, Neko is much more enjoyable on the anime than she was on the manga, her VA just fits her so well, she is the best girl of this anime adaptation quite clearly; - Neko and Aki karoake scene on this episode was soo cute~~ As the anime continued, it only got better, the drama at parts felt too soulless in the manga, this anime did such a good job at selling it, putting life to it. So why does it FAIL so bad by the end?! The worst offender... negatives: - This fucking SHIT fatso asshole, I LOATHED in 6 years ago when I was catching up the manga translation, I was far from being alone on this feeling, the writer was uninspired and wanted to introduce a rival, and wanted to make us hate said rival, he does it successfully for the worst reasons, you obviously know this asshole is an impostor, it doesn't help the case, fucker comes out of nowhere just to force BS drama, Neko's arc had good drama, this is just SHIT; - The adaptation stops at the middle of this arc, without finishing it, the conclusion to this arc should have been adapted, the anime stopped at the end of manga volume 6, the arc ends on volume 8, POOR decision; - I had forgotten how much I hated this arc, sure the kiss scene is good and all, but whenever the fatso is on stage, pisses me off, and in the manga, at the end of the arc, this character background is finally revealed, very annoying, but at least comes to an end, gets punched, explains stuff and you actually cool down, get the arc over with and this does develop Masamune x Aki, quite a bit, because in the manga Masamune finally comes clean with Aki about his past, this conclusion did wonders to get us rid of the sour taste this arc gives; I think most people are not coming to the series, really expecting the revenge to happen, I always expected Aki x Masamune, I wanted to see how it would progress to it, from the revenge story, but no one was expecting the anime adaptation to stop at such a critic point, in the worst arc of the manga, to me, it destroys a lot of the good feeling I was getting after Neko arc, the positives the adaptation did... I m still going to consider them, but honestly, if this show had been a 2 cour, fully adapting the manga, and bringing the OST to full glory to the last drama chapters of the manga, I honestly could have rated the anime higher than the manga, and I already enjoyed the manga ending more than I expected. Whenever I will come across this anime again, look upon it and see the score I gave, I will definitely recall how much the drama surprised me, a rare adaptation that gets it, and how much a stain and a poor decision it was to leave the adaptation at the middle of this arc, how foolish was I to forget how much I hated most of this arc on the manga, I let myself having expectations that this could have ended good, but there is no way this was ever going to adapt, not ending it like this. I urge anyone that enjoyed the good parts of the anime to go and keep reading the manga, you can start at volume 7, the manga is far from amazing, but at least with it, you get this arc over with, and I can definitely see glimpses of how good could the adaptation become if it fully adapted the manga. SHAME, what a WASTE. 6.2/10 = 6 |

| Wagamama mirror heart is a wonderful song.. and the ending too.. Only stupid who rate this below 8.. Ik on certain scenario ppl might missing the point, about the revenge.. "just give it up already".. On the creator point of view, its the "PLUS POINT" on this anime which is no other anime has the same reason (for dating) Ik its not a serious romance anime, more into combination between rom-com and a little bit of drama.. If u r looking for a serious romance, this kind of anime is not the one.. (Especially from certain producer) |

| It's interesting how telegraphed everything was in the series...I've only watched the anime, but I already thought this might be the case from the context in this last ep... similarly with how Aki didn't react to the nickname, so there's only one conclusion to come to, there... |
| Cute ending for season 1. Can't wait for the next season! I'm glad I saved it up until S2 is about to air. |
