| Questions continue to pile up, both in Heaven and on the outside, and the huge question at this point is the timelines of Heaven and the outside. I do need to pay more attention to the cameras it seems that mention "Ten'ei ___", as that could indicate something important I might be missing. Tarao is dead, Maru and Kiruko's dynamic is building, there's a lot to look forward to, although I don't have a lot to say for this episode overall. |

| Well Maru sure doesn't fuck around, he beats a group of criminals without a sweat. The duo is now exploring Tokyo and the sick kid Tarao is dead, seems tho he defiled his mate. The scene that stuck out to me the most is that brief moment of anxiety when Kiruko can't find Maru in his room, it's small well handled scene that I really appreciated |

| it seems possible to me that kiriko and maru might still end up having feelings for eachother regardless of it bein a lil gay. could be reading that wrong though. i really hope nothing happens to tokio, i love her. also obsessed with the one that climbs walls |

| I wonder if the kids are close to "heaven" since the water is 100% clear and they did say monsters were there... which would make sense because the facility is making the monsters. What's interesting is that the vomit wasn't censored lol I've been thinking this entire time that, Tokio looks a lot like Maru. If Tokio is a girl could that mean she's pregnant?? I really slept on this anime whenever it came out. Its better than I expected. |

| Maru was already down in the dumps mentally, he was very much prepared to go all out against the punks that interrupted his gameplay. Young maru looks near-identical to Tokio. I think Maru was once the faceless baby that took Tokio's face as his own when she snuck into the incubation room with Kuku and Tokio is the other person with the "same face" he's been looking for. The footprint Tokio left behind during her struggle to escape is seen by one of the adult researchers. Despite the folk music performance from his fellow students to wake him up. Even though the researchers say the children should be immune to all illnesses, it is too late for Tarao, they hold a funeral for him and he is cremated. But something so mysterious is left behind in his ashes, that one of the researchers had to run the lady in the wheelchair across the facility for her to see it. Bet it's the object Maru touches when he kills man-eaters. Coupled with what the man wanting Kiruko and Maru as bodyguard's said about a doctor taking human and man-eater parts to achieve immortality; all of these children must be human-man-eater hybrids. The human part of Tarao succumbed to disease and then cremated, but not his man-eater "core", and special abilities like his immense strength or Kuku's wall climbing may be attributed to their man-eater DNA/parts, too. |
