| impulsively started this..its pretty good so far. the op/ed are amazing, but im not too into the plot or characters yet.. so different from what i expected tbh |
| Going in completely blind as an anime-only, heck I never even read a synopsis. All I knew was that there was a white-haired protagonist, and that there were a lot swords. First impressions, it looks really good, obviously. I'm anticipating leaving it with either a high-7/10 or low-8/10. Can't wait to possibly have all expectations surpassed and maybe have this become a favorite. |

| So, the premise and setup for the story were great... but we missed a whole fight? He sets himself on fire and then is just... on top of a pile of bodies? I'm excited for what's to come, but that was kind of annoying. |

| Mappa cookin OP was visually great and the song isn't bad either Shigaraki's VA is really fitting for this guy lol Gabimaru's wife is so cute ngl Pretty different story from what I expected (and I can't say I had any particular expectations lol), I'm interested so let's go |

| manga was great and now it's time for the anime adaptation! that mappa intro's mad sick, thought I picked the wrong anime for a second there. love the color designs they used for Divine Paradise and the tensens! |

| First episode was alright but I'm not too crazy about the visuals in this anime so far, especially considering how I felt about the drawings in the manga when I read it the first time. Some shots look great, some I'm not a big fan of. The story this series has is better than what MAPPA on average adapts for me so this should hopefully be a decent anime if the production can be a bit more consistent and improved. Opening visuals look fantastic though (not crazy about the song) and the ending by Uru is great, definitely underrated for me with her songs and this shined through. |
| Loved seeing all of the little interactions with Gabimaru and his wife, but i wished they built up more emphasis on his "hollowness" before all of those scenes. It would've had more impact that way like how it was in the manga. The opening and ending were amazing aswell. Cant wait to see more of all the characters!! |
