| Oh damn, a lot of people also saw it first with Ranma 1/2 huh? I honestly don't have the best memory of it, but I swear I remember Bulma had some pervy scenes and I had seen it even before I had watched Ranma 1/2 as a young tween, but I did watch the DB dub so there's a good chance it wasn't there despite my memory. If that one scene where she's in the bath counts, then that's most likely my first ever experience with seeing an anime girl topless. If my memory is failing me and I just inserted those scenes into my old memories because I saw them when I started rewatching Dragon Ball as an adult, then yeah Ranma 1/2 for me too, possibly a Rave Master scene with Elie if it counts. |

That said, I saw Ranma 1/2 and Dragonball before that, but I have zero recollection of those ever showing boobs/nipples.
