Like a bolt from the blue its time 4 another threadview!!  So during my time on mal way before I started being more active around here, I've seen like lots of demon themed anime and also some angel themed as well too with Bayonetta Bloody Fate and Haibane Remei being my personal favorites. Haibane Remei I wanna re-watch now and Bayonetta Bloody Fate is perfect as well too since the new Bayonetta game is coming around soon. Now for the demon side if we’re talking lesser known stuff its Hells Angels and Twlight Of The Dark Master. Twilight Of The Dark Master it’s a trippy as series and mother nature basically thought humanity was weak so she made demons to make them stronger but that fucked up pretty fucking badly as fucking hell pun fucking intended lmao. And Guardians were formed to protect humans from them and fast forward today and they are now near extinct and demons are coming up again through a suspicious drug and its up to the final one the guardian Shijiro to stop them. Animation wise yeah aged like milk and hard to see sometimes otherwise edgy af cool atmosphere world design and broody music sounds cool overall a decent watch. Hells Angels now that’s one I've read and watched the movie not long ago and its an isekai but not no neetaku one and its like Angel Beats with the afterlife setting but in hell and with a trippy ass story. The animation and art was edgy and trippy like the story itself and the characters were all cool and quirky in some way and I liked the weird atmosphere to it. And overall it needs a lot more love I think and oh the mangaka even worked on Pokémon coliseum as well too. So what about you guys? | Wouldn't you know, both have demon and angel in the title. I have to say Demon Slayer and Angel Beats. Demon Slayer is what I consider everything good about shounen put in shounen lol. Shit might lack substance, but it is enough to hold itself together in what is a masterful work of art. Angel Beats is something that officially welcomed me into anime. I am not the biggest fan, but I will defend it if so needed. I am also kinda a Key simp so there's that lol. |

| Chrono Crusade This is a painful topic. The only demon/angel themed anime that comes close to being my favourite is from the 2000s. Which means I've either missed it, or there simply hasn't been any great ones in over 10 years. |

| Kuroshitsuji and I remember liking Hakkenden too specially since one of its characters is very similar to my favorite character. Shounen Onmyouji is also one of my favorites if mononoke can count as demons. Gabriel Dropout, Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama and Jahy-sama were good for comedy. |
| not sure, i might miss a digimon title where they showcase lucemon. although lucky not many game can produce good wings for character, i for sure would be interested in watching pretty wings animation especially in a fantasy setting. |
