| Well, this is a surprise. I absolutely detested the fanservice in the very first episodes, then grew to like the series as it went on. While the premise is nothing new under the sun the whole cosplay / hina doll aspect along the fluid animation gives this an edge over the other romcoms. Also, Marin is the most refreshing waifu in a while. Doesn't deny her love but doesn't go crazy with it either. Encourages Gojo to explore new possibilities. That's good. |

| Wonderfull way to end S1, as expected, they had to go this way, otherwise would have been pointless rushing Succubus to ep11. Would it was a more chill episode, second half was neat with MC realizing everything he had missed when he was narrow viewed solely to making dolls, and appreciating these last months with Marin. Marin's yukata was soo beautiful and that fireworks scenes at the end, soo funny (IMO she looked less cute with that piercing on her tongue, so I prefer the version on the anime). She was so scared after earlier watching the zombie flick that had to phone him, cute! Her confession was really the way to end S1. IMO the highlight for me, for the manga this far, was the succubus episode, but I found it less charming in the anime, so really this ending, a few scenes with Marin bring cheerfull were easily my highlights. This adaptation is exceptional for the most part, I dont think ep12 was better than in the manga, but some episodes early on surpassed it IMO, then you have to consider seeing Marin animated tops all. Overall wonderfull adaptation and I hope the manga gets fully adapted in anime, not only S1. 8.8/10 = 9 |

| To be honest this is a show that I thought I would really dislike. I'm not into Cosplay, and the whole premise just didn't seem that plausible. But out of boredom I decided to give it a try. And WOW! I am so happy I did as this might be one of my favorite shows ever. I think I really related to Gojou, as when I was younger I had a hobby that no one really understood. Which was watch repair. I was kinda obsessed with watches, and it didn't help I looked like Sylar off the TV show Hero's. I had a girl I was really interested comment how "creepy" it was I reminder her of him because of it lol. But I also really enjoyed hearing Marin's feelings for Gojou, and found it kinda refreshing. Usually it's quite clear where the guy likes the girl and she will act pretty indifferent. But it's almost Ying/Yang with them as he complements her weakness and vice versa. She might just be the perfect girlfriend. |
| ngl, i started watching this show on a whim. i saw it on [ANIME PIRACY SITE] and was like "oh, i've heard of this series before, fuck it, i'll check it out" and it ended up being the most wholesome ecchi i've ever seen in my life?? like, ok, maybe my standards are low because i don't watch a lot of romance to begin with, but marin and gojo were just so goddamn cute together, my heart couldn't take it. 10/10, that ending left me sure that there's going to be an s2 and i'm more than likely going to pick up the manga in the meantime |

| This was such a great run, the main couple is absolutely amazing when it comes to personality development, i had such a great time watching this, and clover works did a fantastic job with this. I will undoubtedly wait for the next season, till there i will leave you with a perfect scene.  Aka the best couple of the year! Oh and the post-credits scene was unreal, would have been so epic if Gojou when sleeping would answer her the same way, that would have been a perfect ending! |

A very laid-back last episode from My Dress up Darling. The first half of the episode is kinda weak, but the second half is amazing. The visual, the animation, angles and everything are supreme for a TV show. The part Marin lets out her blue tongue is cute, but I wish that didn't happen just to make it more emotional. It is what it is.  Waiting for season 2 and good god it must happen. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| This was beautiful. Great ending which gives me hope that we will get a season 2 as Marin did say "see you later" at the end and I would like to think it was for both Gojo and the viewers. These 12 weeks went by fast. I still vividly remember the first episode and especially the second episode lmao. Gonna miss this anime a lot, want to read the manga but I would prefer to watch the anime so I'm gonna wait and hope for a season 2. It's really sad that this has ended, can't wait for April when I can drown my blues of Sono Bisque ending by watching Komi part 2. 5/5 episode. 10/10 season. Hoping we get a season 2. also brb gotta go buy marin body pillow |

| The show fullfilled its expectations. I don't like main characters like Gojo because they are seriously hard to watch when they are interacting with a female. Because of Marin's strong personality, I almost believe it's hard to approach a conversation with her. But the first episodes were almost as bad as that Nagatoro show. After episode 5 to the end, it had fun moments and some really good fanservice. Enjoyed it for what it's worth. Of course I liked Marin as a character and the other cosplayer too. Kinda disappointed that it didn't show more of school life. 6/10 |

| Classic slife of life ending with the festival fireworks, but still very cool and cozy ^^ Marin with her blue tongue got me good xD And obviously she said it, but Gojo was already asleep ! Overall, one of my fav slife of life, love the animation, story, and Marin, who is the sweetest girl ever ! And the world of cosplay that I love, really cool ^^ As the manga is not over Im hype for s2, for more cosplays, and hope to see their relationship evolve, hoping Gojo fall in love sooner or later x) And Im sure the "See you later" is for us ! |

| I’m very emotional right now. I was totally waiting for the kiss but I guess it’s not happening anytime soon. However, they’re like the most adorable couple, like I know they’re not dating yet but I just love them so much. They’re literally meant for each other. I’ll miss seeing Marin doing her amazing cosplay’s and Gojo making amazing dresses. Now I’ll just cry myself to sleep. |

| That was such a cute way to end the whole season, through the hectic chaos and drama of cosplay and everything I'm happy these 2 managed to relax and just have each others company! That phone scene was super cutee and I really hope to see another season with more shenanigans <3 |

| That was a great way to end an anime, beautiful last episode. In most anime I see them wearing a bit flashy colorful Yukata but I was so surprised to see Marin wearing a simple black Yukata, she looked so pretty. The most memorable scene of this episode was definitely the fireworks scene, especially Gojo's reaction when seeing the fireworks was so relatable, I had the same reaction when I saw fireworks for the first time. Then comes the confession scene, poor Gojo if only he was awake. I wish I can see a mutual confession scene if it gets a second season. As a whole, this anime was quite enjoyable but I started this anime with the thought that I would get to see it focusing more on Gojo making those costumes like Runway de Waratte so I'm kinda disappointed since they instead focused more on the over exposedness of Marin, it had way too many fanservices. Both of the MCs had quite the realistic character development. Especially Gojo who was always cooped up in his room making Hina dolls was finally able to go out discover and explore new things all because of Marin. As for Marin, she's too adorable. And her cheerful personality really makes you wish you had a friend like her. Tho the only problem would be her ignorant exposedness which is quite difficult to deal with XD Also till the end I couldn't stop to wonder how can a person not have any proper outdoor clothes....I hope Marin makes Gojo buy some normal clothes. It feels too odd to see Gojo walking around wearing those home pajamas everywhere he goes. Anyway, Overall I'll give this 7/10, would've given it 8 if they minimized the amount of fanservice. |
