I weight 70kg which is like 154lbs and my goal is 105kg 231lbs by end of 2028. I don't even count calories, I just eat till I'm full then some more, used to weight 57kg two years ago, so I gained 13kg pretty fast. I'm currently sitting at around 17% bodyfat probably, I have visible abs only when flexing. I don't have access to a gym so my only lifts are weighted close chain exercises. -Chin up one rep max with 40kg 88lbs -Parallel tricep dips with 36.5kg 80lbs -70 clean push ups in one set and my legs are very very weak, just starting to get some more serious training for my lower body. this is my goal physique 19%-21% bodyfat JeffreyBezz said: I used to, but it's a waste of time. If your body is light-weight, it's just light-weight. There is no way for you to gain a meaningful addition of muscle no matter the calories you consume and the sessions you use. You are better off just training your legs to be able to run faster than others. Scientifically speaking everyone can put up to 0.7kg or 1.54 pounds of muscle per every cm of height. Also shorter people look way bigger when they gain muscle, shorter tubes look thicker than longer tubes. Even women can, it just takes like 4 to 15 times longer for women, it depends on their hormones. For example I used to be 57kg 125lbs and now I'm 70kg 154lbs and I look incredibly better than before, I was a 0 out of 10 and now I'm a 4 out of 10. And no, I didn't grow taller, I gained this weight from 21 to 23(now) so it wasn't normal teen growth. It took only 2 years of training for me to gain this weight and look four times better than I did, just imagine what it is possible to achieve in 10 years or more, and I only spent like 38 minutes of training a day... everyone has 38 minutes of time a day. You say if you are light weight you are doomed to remain so, but in only 23 months I increased my weight by 23%, it obviously slows down with time because the first 4 to 5 years are the easiest for muscle building, but you can still realistically expect to gain at least 20 to 40 of weight in your first years, depending on the weight of your bulk. -Herbal said: BlackMagickz said: I don't go to the gym, but I do calisthenics. Thanks man, I've got a decent Y taper but got almost no definition on the back, well at least it makes me look wider. I'm grateful for what I can get. Yeah I think pull ups should be better and I'm probably stronger in pull ups, but only slightly, like 1kg more...nothing important. I simply prefer chin ups because they are lighter on my wrists flexibility. Oh and your 50kg pull up is a real good level, specially if you are heavier than me. Very good may I say. By the way, do you just train for size/aesthetics or are you also interested in lifting heavy stuff or doing a lot of reps? |

I found that, at least for me, it's super hard to bump up my big meals, but by adding one or two extra meals you can up the calories much easier I think. Eating more often seems easier than eating more in your pre-existing meals. |

Yeah chin-ups and pullups really sharpen your V taper game which really adds to the overall aesthetic. Yeah I mainly hit weights for aesthetic reasons but I do 1RM's too for big lifts like bench, squat. I want to stay at a reasonably good weight to have enough power behind my punches for boxing but at the same time not be too sluggish with all the extra weight if you know what I mean. |

I go to the gym for 2 hours a day 5-6 days per week depending on my training cycle. I lift specifically for sport performance so I still am thin despite all the time I put in. Mostly do olympic lifts, core, mobility, and upper body injury prevention like shoulder work and basic upper body compounds. It's almost all to increase speed, vertical, and rotation power for volleyball |

Yes, three times a week, sometimes four. I used to go to the gym and I really was into fitness. Also had abs and all, but that fitness and nutrition addiction is ruining your daily life and you can't really enjoy food anymore. Now, I'm doing a bit of workout at home and jogging a bit. I don't have any goal other than avoiding back and neck pain and bad postures and not gaining weight. |

I'm pretty average height 175cm-ish, and honestly I'll be really happy if I can just get to a good lean 65kg, 70+ is just my dream if things ever become ideal but my life is being difficult rn. Mostly the thing that gets me down is my bone size though (since my living circumstances don't help me), but that's life so I'm trying to be humble with my goals lol Yeh eating more meals is easier for me I found too, I don't like big portions. The biggest problem is probably just storage issues at the place I'm at atm (shared kitchen and stuff...) and consistency because I want a healthy diet and to cook everything. Hopefully by Jan or Feb I can start properly, and start sleeping better then too... Black-Pill said: Atm I'm trying to see if I can lean bulk, so not on 4k cals anymore more like 2900-3000. I am happy with my current size but the end goal is 85kg at 11-12% bf. Yeah bulk diet is not fun but that's what you gotta do to escape skinny zone Yeh your current health is already amazing imo, but when you get to 85kg and down to 11-12% is like godly lmao. You're so close though, but I know at that high level in skill the last few kg and % can be difficult. Afterwards you can take pictures to save the memory of your achievement in case it gets hard to maintain consistently lol |

yes, I love working out and I also play a few sports. It's something I love because I can do it alone. |

I treat my fitness like a battle shounen plot. Nothing like going bankai halfway through an Insanity workout. |

I plan on joining some sort of school-run sports team next year. I cant this year but I'm planning on going to in-person school soon. My town is really awful about the masks and covid so I'm doing homeschool for now. Right now I usually do a small workout routine every other day just to keep in shape. |

I follow some exercise videos on YT even though I am not that fit but it's quite useful during the wintertime when it's snowing outside |
