| They keep sending their work to the mangaka and the mangaka accepted the studio own ending which doesn't follow the manga And when the mangaka also refused the design of the characters I kept thinking Does that mean if the mangaka doesn't accept they won't do original work ??? Does that mean for example ishida of Tokyo ghoul accepted the horrible season 2 of the anime ??? Does that mean the mangaka of kingdom accepted the horrible 3D ???? Please someone answer because I'm about to shift the blame on mangakas and not studios for delivering bad animes... |

| Hiraoka is such a bitch honestly. Like, cool you lost your passion for animu and are a lost soul now and all that shit, but you don't have to act like such a bitch about it. He seriously thinks he lives in his own world where he is the MC. Suck it up and do ya damn job. Instead of blaming everyone else for your shortcomings and poor mental discipline, maybe take responsibility for yourself. |
| Hiraoka making more problems for everyone, especially for Segawa-san since her standards are pretty high and she speaks her mind. Been a while since we've seen her now that I think about it. |
| This show's definitely really stepped up in the second half of its airing, it went from a mixed bag to a legitimately good show again after rewatching it up till this point. Hiraoka I still feel should have really tried to adapt to the studio by observing how they're passionately working on their quality while trying to maintain a balance of responsibility and heart between both the production and the creative staff. He's been with too many companies and has sort of lost himself with each passing company. He wants to clearly work on anime, that's why he doesn't want to give up on the industry, but that negative feeling has grown more and more, even when he's working at the place that screams the utopia of anime since Musashino Animation is a studio that tries to balance the passion and effort and responsibility on both production and creative staff fronts. He's an interesting contrasting element to what's been an overly optimistic and over the top portrayal of a modern day anime studio, but I do wish that he wasn't that blinded by his past to the degree where he can't even recognize how ideal the place is for someone like him. It's even interfering with his quality of work and attitude towards others, and in an anime production, everyone needs to be on the same wavelength and harmonize in order to achieve the best results with the least issues. Hopefully he should be able to see that soon. |
| A good episode as usual! However, we have three episodes left and the sky is not clearing up for Shizuka... will she ever get a chance? It was so heartbreaking to see her telling Aoi not to tell them that she's a voice actress... |
