It was nice to see that both of them went to see her...I hope she retained her sanity.

This was a brilliant psychological thriller that had me reading all 94 chapters in one night. Even though I wanted to see more in the ending, it was still okay. Overall a strong 8 to a light 9 (8.775/10) and definitely would recommend other people into reading this

This is probably the fastest I have ever read a manga/manhwa. I had to complete this quickly coz it was very distracting from my studies. It's that good.

I was hoping for more backstory on Jin's dad. I get that this came naturally to him but it would have been interesting if got to see how he realized this nature of his.

The ending, broadly speaking, went more or less how I expected it to but I was flabbergasted by the reveal that he loved his son all along. The fact that he made Jin(and me) believe all this time that he would kill him is so impressive.

The most addictive manhwa ive ever read. Like holy shit I was just reading chapter to chapter to chapter! And that's extremely rare of me to do nowadays since I can hardly binge anything without zoning off.

I know alot of people wanted more depth (like backstory for father, or why he killed people), and honestly, this might be weird to say, but I actually kinda liked the fact that his character wasnt super in depth (although he does have paternal nuance like how he still cares for his family). At the end of the day Dongsoo was just a force of nature, a clearly evil man who doesn't need any further details. As Jin himself said, men like him don't have any reasons.

I'm pretty content with this ending. It was bittersweet in a sense-- I guess moreso on the happy side. Jin actually pays for his crimes of being an accomplice, rather than let him getting off scot free simply because hes the MC. The final panel of his mom smiling was very sweet aswell.
Additionally, the art was amazing and I loved the extremely dull coloring. There's also a cool detail in the final chapter-- they're much more vibrant in coloring, and instead of using black panels, it uses white. Signifying hope and such.

I wasnt really the biggest fan of the beginning of the manga, thought it was way too in-keen with the dumb bullying shit which got boring the 30th time. But holy shit, it REALLY REALLY picked up the pace during the second half. The last couple of chapters are seriously intense, and felt like a completely different manhwa from the beginning!

Just an overall great binge. Relatively short (?) and sweet.

That ending with the dad weakened the whole tension and cruel tone of the dad built up during the story. He wasnt forced to kill, dad was just enjoying the mind games and thought jin did liked because he did when he was little, except that he... started to dislike killing after losing his memory so he was an accomplice out of fear... He forgives his dad, at the end the events of the story were just a prank by dad to teach his son and to guarantee the girl he liked accepted him.... It felt lackluster but it wasnt bad by itself. The story was already presenting itself to be more of an attempt at a coming of age drama with psychological, serial killer twist to it. It didnt changed nor felt the dad any more sympathetic neither, though there was an attempt, because he still was an asshole to his son but that wasnt the worse. Overall a really weak ending to a manhwa that was already getting increasingly underwhelming since the start. By that alone, it would still be good, however...

The worst part of it and that was really bad for 90% of the manga was the bullying thematic and the thing about the dad being interested in the crush of his son in an ambiguous way, it was repetitive to the point of getting very boring and irritating and it was what in fact screwed the fun and quality of the story. I wish it had more to it in place of the extended bullying sections, especially because it looked like the type of story that i would enjoy. The romance between the two main characters regarding her acceptance of the mc were really damm good, i like romances like that. Could have been way better overall because the premise of the story was great and the dynamic between the father and the son had even more potential.

A good manhwa overall, surely. I liked it.

Very nice epilogue to a great series, which kept me on the edge of my seat since the very first chapter.

Since the beginning I was so intrigued, how would the last showdown of the son and his father look like. I absolutely wouldn't have guessed it ending with forgiveness, and Dongsoo's genuine feelings of love for his son. It's so weird though, because apparently, if he wasn't so harsh with Jin, maybe his grooming him into accomplice would have actually succeeded? Or maybe thanks to his mother, that twisted part of him was killed right there, after getting pushed out from the roof.

As for Jin, Kyun certainly was the reason he could become a better version of himself. Seeing them helping each other out, protecting one another while also developing innocent sweet romance at the same times, it was such a nice change of pace compared to the rest of this dark series.

And there's Manny, eh, can't say I cared that much for him, in the end he was a real nasty prick before, not the most sympathetic character in this series. Interesting addition for sure, I enjoyed his dynamic with Jin.

The ending was really good, I didn't need to know Dongsoo's motifs, and I think it's good Jin didn't just get away scott free. While he shouldn't be blamed for his actions as accomplice, he went through A LOT, hurt a bunch of people, so spending some time isolated, maybe in some kind of facility, definitely could do him some good. He had Kyun waiting for him all this time anyway, so it all worked out fine in the end. 8/10
