| from memory: In terms of shows I didn't finish Rurouni Kenshin stands out as particularly boring (I got the well regarded OVA's on dvd for free from a freind some time ago and so gave the series a go, still curious about the OVA's but the show's monotonous as hell). In terms of shows I did finish Robotics; Notes was especially dull and there's films where Isao Takahata's my neighbours the Yamadas may well take the cake for boredom very possibly followed by only yesterday by the same director. |

| Almost any given Iyashikei. I find that they confuse "Calm" with "Boring" in most cases and as such feel like a complete waste of my Earth minutes. Yotsuba and Non Non Biyori are pretty good though. |

| Captain Earth. It started off decent enough but around episode 8 it seriously lost steam. Interesting characters, setting and story...and it did absolutely nothing with them. It's never a good thing when it feels like a chore to watch a show. I'm amazed I managed to finish it... |

| I usually enjoy watch any anime, but I think the most boring anime I've watched is Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon. When I first time watch it, I think there will be much action there. Although it has a very slow pacing, I'm still watching it until 7th episode. The conclusion I got after that: No plot, no actual fighting scenes, and nothing interesting about that anime. And finally, it's on my On Hold list ... I'm getting bored with it. Maybe I'll finish it someday, not in the near future |

| Shinrei Tantei Yakumo and Meganebu! were super boring and just god awful overall. K-On! because I was always looking forward to them playing songs, but it didn't happen much. Angel Beats was... pretty disappointing and the drama didn't feel genuine, and I didn't care for the characters. There were a couple elements I liked for me to give it a 1 rating, though. Texhnolyze is my highest rating for being the most boring. The first 15 episodes were... rough. I think I put it on hold four times. However the ending was very, very good. I'm not sure I convince myself to rewatch it ever again, just because it was an absolute grind the first time around. |
