| Well that was a rather unnaturally fast progression out of nowhere. Oh well, I've been fine with the slowness but we could use the progression too especially since we're halfway done with the show. And this show sure loves their long pauses to fill up the time. Besides that I liked the episode. I'm pretty interested in seeing more booty shots how the last half of the show's gonna play out. |
| Nice episode, the insert song is not that bad so don't know why people are complaining. Liked the part where Haruhiro talking about their learning skills experience. Plus the obligatory Yume's ass shots count = 4 ^^ |

| Some might say this was slow paced, but I felt that this episode was needed, rather than having Mary just bond with them out of the blue. The episode felt so short. Screw those towns people who go on to insult them by calling them goblin slayers lol. They don't understand a thing. And yes, the bae Yume with the bow finally. Finally, I was about to comment about Mary's absence from the ending song, but bam she came through at the end. Good touch. Edit: Although I know some might dislike Ranta, I think he brought up some interesting thoughts which in my opinion, is true. As much as a jerk you might think he is, no one really tried to understand him. |

| Again, generic but satisfyingly so. It's something you can easily imagine and frankly easy to write too but it's surprisingly hard to find series that pushes the right buttons. Completely get the moans about this being slow because it is but at least I like it very much- it gives the flow decent power. Having said that, as I said it was generic so the flaws were blatant this arc. Also the repeated failures which constitute the background songs are well... Yume was very pretty. |

Also there is no real need to move to higher level targets as long as there supposedly is a huge number of goblins in the area, goblins are still deadly (as show tried to prove) and their extermination still pays off. |

| God, this anime has so many flaws it makes you cringe. And I still don't understand the ghost of Manato, like, why would you even do that? Oh, and Ranta is still alive, that's a real downer... Mary is friendlier, how unexpected...maybe she'll smile in the next episode? Or, maybe they retrieve the knife, that Haruhiro lost? I guess, it's because they neither follow the LN completely nor do they rush to main developments. Doesn't sound like a hard thing to do, right? Btw, pacing is the least of the problems with this anime. For example, there is a character called Ranta. Do you know what is his purpose? To make the dialogues feel more lively and less serious. Does he succeed in it? Well, he makes them annoying and pointless instead, so no. Mary is probably the most predictable character. There's no plot, it feels like a every-day-school-life anime. And etc. |

| Haruhiro getting his limit break skill this episode is nice. I like how it was animated. Ghost Manato is weird though. I guess too many Haruhiro introspection can be boring. |

| See, I can see why not everyone likes this series, saying that it's too slow, but after watching a lot of more intense fantasy shows, it's nice to see one that just relaxes and focuses on the music and animation, and gives it a nice slice of life feel. I'm starting to view this show similarly to Haruhi Suzumiya - a slice of life show with fantasy elements sprinkled throughout - but unlike Haruhi, which was a comedy, this one takes the more emotional route. |
| Mundane conversation, crying, whining, and dringking in the pub all the same.... Also 10 minutes music video, for god sake.... but at the very least they powered up a bit... |

| excellent episode so what are insert songs? I would guess either a song inserted on the start of EPs or a song inserted anywhere in the anime aside from OP and ED I'd guess it's the latter since I don't remember hearing a song on the start of the ep anyways THE MUSIC IS WONDERFUL NUFF SAID everything in this show is just perfection Need to see me some action with Mary. And that holds two meanings. |

| HARUHIRO IN THE ZONE Mary is a nice grill Best grill is Yume, she's developed nicely The show has picked up a bit of pace which is good Characters are growing, getting stronger, getting along and just improvement in all departments. Good episode overall, they buying armors and it's apparent that they have become specialists in killing off goblins. 3/5 |

| Finally, things are getting good between them and Mary, she is finally "opening" to them ;) Now they have some money, glad that they' spent that money on armor. They are good now. Love the art and the OST <3 Stark700 said: More goblins, more awkward moments with Yume on top, more drama. Now I really do feel sorry for Mary after seeing her flashback again. Decent insert songs used this episode with the upbeat style rather than being melancholic. I think the others are starting getting used to Mary being on the party as sell. Yume improved ..a lot! | Every time an insert song came in this anime, I whisper to myself that it will be over in like 4 mins and I have to hang in there. Well I'm glad this is supposed to be the last one. I mean seriously? I bet it doesn't exist in the novel, duh. They're wasting valuable screen time for montages of pictures that can be explained through "actual" character interactions. It was actually interesting to see Mary's character development, but the montages just ruined the mood. Anyway, this episode was pretty cool. I'm liking the slow uptake on Manato's death and overcoming it while befriending Mary. I also like the new visual. We need a harem end...  |

| That's right. Just ignore those who mock you as 'goblin slayers'. After what happened to Manato, I feel like killing more goblins. And the best way to improve. But the guys still have so much more to learn before they can fight a different, more stronger enemies. And they're improving more over time and looking more like a team. Mary is complicated to be with but it shows it takes one step at a time to be closer and closer. |
