Ougi is as ominous as always lol I'm surprised to see people who are upset we didn't see what was in the letter, I was hoping we wouldn't see and I felt it was much more satisfying that way, hahaha. Incredible, beautiful finale to a really amazing art. I didn't think this episode would wrap everything together, honestly expected another episode or two, but then halfway in, we skip to the conclusion, but in a way I really, really enjoyed. Surprised me. Oikura's development was beautiful, she was really well written. Her keeping her word at the end with everyone as well as not simply leaving without a trace. Honestly, throughout a lot of the end segments of the episode, I was tearing up, haha. Don't know what more I can say, other than my basic Monogatari praise. Loved the pacing, composition, sound effects, dialogue, etc.. Hoping Owarimonogatari keeps being this amazing cause it's a definite 9/10 if so.  Funny laugh.  Ignore what I said earlier. 10/10. |

| Here we are at the end of this 2nd Oikura arc and what I’m assuming is the end of this 6 episode Oikura saga, or 7 episodes since episode 1 was split into two where I watched it. I liked it a lot despite my distaste for Oikura, all the way up to the end I don’t think she truly came around for me but I am glad she seems to have changed by the end by actually being able to talk to Araragi without berating him and also leaving him an actual message this time, although I hate that they blue balled us on what it says lol, I’m thinking all of those pages are blank but perhaps we will never know for sure. And this final episode of the arc itself was quite the wild one with Ougi battling Hanekawa once again, it was pretty funny with Ougi sucking on Hanekawa’s chest with her sleeve tentacles and how she forced herself between them lol, this reaction from Ougi made her seem more human imo, just making me like her even more. And damn that Hanekawa is smart af, had a quick cold shower and she figured out what happened lol, poor Araragi apparently needed 30+ hints but it’s possible he was turning away from the truth the whole time, as I personally think it was kinda obvious that Oikura’s mom killed herself, or lost her will to live, whatever boats your float. Pretty fucked up situation tho, the fact Oikura cared for her mom’s corpse for YEARS is wild, I’m surprised she never smelled the rotting body but maybe she just didn’t know what the smell was. I may not like Oikura that much but damn, that is terrible, she’s a very tragic character. But, I’m glad she’s moving on now, I hope she returns at some point and we can witness her glow-up, because even after her unhinged introduction I do kinda like her, just not much lol, I can at least say I really enjoyed her story and her OPs. But with that we move on to the next arc which goes on for the rest of this season, I’m interested in seeing why it needs to be this long. |

| Underwhelming conclusion for this arc. Thing that happens way too often in Monogatari Series, I must add. But well, at least the back–and–forth between Hanekawa and Ougi during these last two episodes was entertaining enough. |

| Monogatari really one-upped my messed up mind. I thought Oikura killed her mom, but no. She's been feeding her dead mom this whole time. Yikes. However, this was a nice ending. I wanna know what's in the card. Will we ever know? |

| Sad Monogatari times again... Ougi is getting on my nerves now. She might have "helped" Araragi but she has no right to undermine Hanekawa. I am not the biggest Hanekawa fan but she has done a whole lot more. I am glad she shut her up in 10 secs. Have to say the countdown scene was fire. Araragi going against her suggestion also pissed her and very next day started messing with Nadeko to get back at him? Half expected Sodachi to be killer but glad she isn't. But the reality is fked up as is. Every girl has suffered more or less but Sodachi rivals Hachikuji in this regard. Such a sad life. Glad that Araragi said her the truth although it was tough. She had to leave the town too just when she was about to get back up, everytime she tried life kicked her down again again. I hope she finds happiness where she goes, she deserves it more than anyone❤️  I like to know what she written in her last letter but somethings better not said. Her arc was fantastic with a brilliant yet bittersweet conclusion. Liked way more than I initially thought I will. I really loved Sodachi and wished she was introduced earlier. Hope the sweet math fairy comes back later and be more happy... |
