| Man I really need to get around to watching Symphogear, those are some impressive sales. I hear that it gets a hell lot better around the second season. Hoping that this Akito movie series is at least as good as Code Geass was. I hope it confirms that *Code Geass ending spoiler* Yooo Overlord is putting out some impressive numbers for its second volume. I guess it's safe to say that it would stabilize around that numbers. Impressive job. Hopefully people would stop with the "Japan don't like my boy Madhouse" myth. Also, Ainz is not cardboard MC, people who say that probably don't know what they are talking about. Non Non Biyori is edging non-profitable. ): Why Japan, why.. ): Ushio to Tora from what I've heard is apparently a good shounen.. the sales is good compared to your typical long runner like the big 3, but I am not sure about shorter running shounen.. Same as Gintama.. ): And yeah.. Gakkou Gurashi.. ): Hoping that season 2 would come, but.. the chance of getting one is slim.. ): Akagami no Shirayuki is also selling pretty meh.. the shoujo anime curse..!! At least the manga sales got boosted and it got an anime sequel, so it's all good. Oh yea, the estimation for Osomatsu-san is impressive, it's almost 20k.. |

Now, the third volume didn't have lottery ticket, which is what I fear. |

I don't know about the others, but the anime's main selling point for me was Ainz. P.S. I thought the animation was fine. |

But it looks like a lot of people are buying Rakudai BD/DVD from other stores because they will get an extra gift (authographs from main cast) if buying from selected stores. Also weren't the numbers rising since EP4? He has to act his part out in order to instill fear and conquer his world, to learn of the unknown, etc. "one line joke" Either you don't know what a joke is, or you're trying to be funny. Nobody has ever said that Overlord has a lot of layers of depth to it, it doesn't mean that it's flat as cardboard tho. I've never gotten that mentality myself, it's kind of worrisome that people even think that way too. I've been told by a forum user before (not going to name names but they've posted in this thread already) that my opinion doesn't matter because I've never spent money on overpriced R2 Blu-Rays and just maintain a Crunchyroll and Netflix account. Like cool I'm supposed to buy something I can't even really play on a regular player that costs way too much money and may not even come with subtitles or anything I say is completely irrelevant so yeah really might as well delete the forums if that's the case and that's what it takes for sure. They are the ones with a proposal to the publisher, and gets the license. Danmachi and Overlord has bad adaptations. Madhouse not does second seasons five years ago.  |
