Like a bunch of people said, the feels.

I had to pause the episode and breathe like 3 times because i was surrounded with friends doing other stuff and i didn't wanna burst in front of them.

funny thing is, it's not the stuff that usually gets me, so....they REALLY nailed it.

Really interesting to see the story of the Blue Dragon. I feel sorry for him as a kid, it must be hard to have no friends, every other person is scared of you and the only person (the old Blue Dragon) who is with you died.

I just finished the episode and omg it was such a tear jerker! I was okay until he put his hands on his masks and he starts to cry. Just something about a kid with a mask, that essentially he could never take off,. is throwing his hands to his eyes but its blocked by a mask. Everything following it was sad but that just took me to the edge.

omg his backstory is so sad T.T

Ao you were good man. Very sad episode.

Interesting... In one village, the Dragon's power is a blessing while in another village, it's a curse. The Blue Dragon got some really tragic past there and whoa Ao need to chill!

I enjoyed this episode far more then the rest of the show so far just for that flashback. I find it really interesting how this village views the powers as a curse.

I really like the different viewpoint on these powers. Poor blue dragon lived a harsh life.

Maybe the group can get him to accept his powers or something like that.

Loved the backstory.

yo this was def the best episode so far. Powerful stuff. So as the white dragon is seen as a deity and is loved by everyone, the blue dragon is despised and treated like a devil. Heavy contrast between the two.

This episode messed me up so bad... Probably my favorite so far.
I can tell I'll like this Blue Dragon (I don't recall his name, was it even mentionned ?), I already feel so much for him after this backstory...
And even if we didn't get to see him much, I really liked Aoi. His character was so interesting and heartbreaking, I really could feel all the pain he endured to the point of hurting the child, even though it is clear he cares so much about him.
And the Blue Dragon's reaction to Ao's death, asking him to make him hear the sound of his voice... This was depressing.

This was at some points annoying but also sad. I understand even what they did there. The complete opposite of the first story. One grown up as a holy figure, the other one as scum that is dangerous.
I hope he will find happiness when he joins the group <3 (I mean I guess he does it seems kinda the plot of the whole thing xD)

While Kija’s powers were celebrated & worshipped, Blue Dragon’s powers are seen as curse. He and Ao shared such a sad, complex, and dependent relationship. It was heartbreaking when Blue Dragon held onto his hand, they only had each other....with Blue Dragon having no one else & Ao knowing exactly what is in store for him. The bells bit was so sad.......

And squirrel makes its cute appearance too x)

but i’ll probably remember over and over again
you were there and everyone else was there

This was a great episode all around. One thing I like about this anime is how Yona's companions truly care about her. The Blue Dragon's backstory was sad, but it was interesting to see the differences between the dragons. The White Dragon's people practically worship and care for him. The Blue Dragon's people shun and are afraid of him.

Even though there is a bit of dissonance between the comedy and the drama, I still enjoyed it, hard to not feel bad for the blue dragon, intrigued how he would get along with the rest of the cast.

It's not faiiiirrrrr, I'm crying, it's the saddest story of this anime (at least for the moment), they neglected a child and left alone a man for his entire life and for this motive he was so happy to die, I had goosebumps. I felt emptiness during the episode I hope he will receive all the love he always yearned for his entire life
