| That trap is the cutest and best looking in the series. I never imagined that he is a boy. His sister however still look like a girl even though she dress boy clothes. |

| Albedo is awesome. Weirdly I'm liking this slow pacing. Momonga acting like a true ruthless leader when hes just a normal person is really funny to me. And that flying and watching the planet from above was really good. Solid anime so far |
| They slowed things down, but honestly who gives a crap. They used the time to establish the relationships between the characters in Nazarick and to showcase each Floor Guardian's characteristics, and I found it all quite enjoyable. Albedo's expressions really crack me up, and Shalltear was funny as the foulmouthed loli with a chest complex. Cannot wait to see .... More action from next week onwards now that the humans shall join the fray. |

| Great episode. It'd be nice if this was split cour. I love how people are so quick to judge it because there is no action yet. Those same people will be the first to complain if there was no characterization or proper world building. |

| Albedo is one hell of a chick...as well as Shalltear. This is such a great episode just like last episode. Next episode will be even more epic...finally gets to see Momonga in action. |

| As much as I dig the idea of seeing a dying MMO through the eyes of an OP ronery player to be a good idea, but I'm not liking the focus here. Needed less time spent on the underlings reminding us how cool their boss is and more...something. I'll just wait and see if the action delivers but my expectations are shot for this one. |

| Pretty average stuff apart from 1 or 2 details. I was really bored while watching this and while its not the worst anime ive seen this season its probably the most boring. I would drop it but i dont watch anything else that comes out on the same day as this so i wont drop it |
| Great second episode. We got to see more of the other characters the MC devised a good plan. I think. We got to see some magic. I laughed a bit. Great! Mesmerizing. 8/10. |

| Huh. Usually by this point the "trapped in an alternate world" show would have done something incredibly stupid that would make you wonder if the writer has even seen an MMO let alone played one, but this one seems to be staying within the lines. Looks like it's building up to be a good show. |
| With the way the pace is going, I'm thinking about dropping this Anime. Just me but for once I would love to see a serious tone MMO anime like .Hack/link and not harem. This is becoming one already. |

Kinda weird how Mare was designed to be a boy dressed as a girl... o_o Ooh new characters will be introduced next episode! Looks like there's some action headed our way! |

The characterization alone is worth it. All these ADD and action junkies should stick to stuff like akame ga kill and chaos dragon instead. |

| Oh, you little adorable humans. To judge if a show is fast or slow paced shouldn't you compare it to the source that it's adapted from? Or you have your preconceptions about what is fast and what is slow that depend on whenever people got "fucked up" in the episode or not. Next episode you're going to come here and say that everything is good, because people get "fucked up" while the show still goes at the same speed. Start using your brain to think and type instead of just typing. |

This is one of the problem show like Log Horizon have to spend 1 entire episode later in the run to prove viewer NPCs have evolved and I am glad Overlord has solved this early in the game. But at the same episode where we shown how the NPCs only have limited capability of communicating, we already saw how "human" the NPCs become after the server shut down. That's enough for establishing that matter. So there's no need to emphasize on that specific matter over & over. Giving the NPCs thought & interactions(a.k.a. characterization) can be done along the way. So that's not an excuse for the overly slow pace. I do not think there's any explanation on why the AIs able to think like human so far. And just to clear things up, those two questions you bring up & label them as plot holes are not plot holes. | Wow at the facial expressions in this episode. Crazy stuff. And horrifying. I thought this episode was much better than the 1st episode. Character interactions are top-notch. |

| This episode had me laughing my ass off the whole way through. If this keeps up, it may be my anime of the season. I believe Cocytus and Albedo are my favorite characters. Gotta love the loyal dog, and the insane yandere. |
