| Compared to the previous season, the beginning of this season is very interesting, at the beginning of the episode I was puzzled (then you will understand it too), but the disorientation did not last long since the storytelling is intriguing, I liked it a lot because it has walked on two tracks simultaneously, giving new pearls of knowledge about the world of Mushi, and describing other anecdotes about Ginko's past. I noticed that this season the figure of the "mountain lord" is often mentioned. Excellent soundtrack. |

| super strong start to this new season! great ep. tragic when Suguro told Ginko he would never forgive him, but in the end this led Ginko to become who he is as an adult. |

| Baby Gin <3333333 Decided to start Mushishi again bc it's raining tonight. Such a great choice for this moody night ^-^ I never want this series to end TT^TT that's why I watch it slowly and savor it :') Opening song is absolutely stunning |
| Yess more Ginko backstory! Really nice to see that we are getting more info on his build up to the person he is today. These background episodes for Ginko are quite rare i must say, but when they do show up they make me like the guy even more. This mayyy be to much to ask for but i'd love to see more storys of Ginko when he first became, well, Ginko. |

| Very pleasing first episode of 2nd season. This episode felt so meaningfull and beautiful, this is quite possibly the best start out of all 3 seasons. Maybe this is finaly the season worthy of a 10 from me, but we will see only after I watch final episode. |

| Ginko's backstory is all so very sad. |
| It's been years since I have watched this show and it was even better than I remember. Ginko's past was bitter as it can be, just when he found a good teacher days later he lost him while committing a big mistake, though this taught him a big lesson to accept himself and life. |
