| Wow! What an extreme dose of cuteness.....didn't expect that much. xD So....this was peaceful........and freaking cute. I love it. xD And.....it seems to have a sense of......Yuri? Oh boy.....that cheek kiss between Chloe and Kokomi...... Has there "friendship" bonded more than any other friendship? :3 But other than that, so many other cute girl characters~! D: Sweet, I have a feeling it might end up like Yuru Yuri: Cute girls doing Cute things with Cute Yuri-Like couples. I hope........ xD This is sweet though, a good anime to watch after an EPIC Akame Ga Kill episode. xP |

| This was rather underwhelming. With a voice cast like this, I was expecting much more. Glad to see no males casted, but I'm shocked HanaKana doesn't have a role. I recognize nearly every seiyuu in the roster too. |

| After looking at the character list and their seiyus...my gawd! So many notable and popular seiyuus. Nao Touyama, Ai Kayano, Yukari Tamura, Rie Kugimiya, Yui Horie, Saori Hayami, Ayane Sakura, Kanae Itou, Ayana Taketatsu and many more. The only thing missing is HanaKana. |

| First off, OMG LOOK AT THAT GLORIOUS CAST. I like how I was playing guess the va while watching this episode, I really like pretty much all of the va's in this anime, its so great. Ahh what a great first episode, so simplistic and enjoyable. Not a single annoying dude MC in sight. teehee. I really enjoyed Shiina's character, she's just so nice and polite :D Also really really enjoyed Chloe's way of speaking and her personality. Really looking forward to watching this weekly, its feels so relaxing, and the characters are super cute and well drawn |

| Wow... I really like Chloe, but that's really the only thing keeping me from dropping this show. Kinda like how Laura kept me from dropping IS2, and stupidity kept me from dropping Ao Haru ride. |

Okay, we may see a protag I guess, but this seems more like a slice of life CGDCT type of series to me. Nothing special there. Looking forward to what's coming next, we still got 11 episodes left to introduce the rest of this massive cast of girls. That french accent though "Oui, oui"; "C'est bon". |
| I love yuri, I really do, but this show is a fantastic argument against people who flippantly say "if you took the MC out of this harem anime, it would be really good!" This was the blandest, sleep inducing thing I've seen in a while, even worse than Glasslip. Take a whole bunch of girls who only have one gimmick to define their character (or worse, absolutely nothing like our "main character"), and have them say "ohayou" to each other for 24 minutes. That's this show. At least a harem MC, no matter how bland, would give the show some agency. |

| Hmm well that wasn't quite what I expected. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't outstanding. Almost thought this was going to play out a lot like Amagami SS, but apparently not. Main girl has a good bit of "plot" going on. Kind of like that Chloe Lemaire girl though. |

| I think the trick is to convince yourself this is just a Japanese learning exercise. I closed the subtitles after ~5 mins and only had to open them a few times throughout the episode (flower arrangement club - kadoubu - was too much for me). All the conversations in the anime are generic slice-of-life/high school discussions, so any slice of life veteran should be able to get through it. Plus, they offer free Japanese lessons since Chloe (probably the only name I'll remember) doesn't know Japanese very well, explaining idioms, and words like mimi (ear). Heck, it even features a generic English accent for your average foreigner, so you can keep up with how much you will suck at Japanese pronounciation. Anyway, even if this doesn't develop any shoujo-ai, I will be willing to get through it as a Japanese learning exercise with moeblob characters. |

There is an excellent detailed discussion here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yuri_%28genre%29 For a number of good reasons, the genre name "Shoujo-ai" is obsolete, and has been widely replaced by the word "Yuri". Serious fans of the genre have been predominantly calling it "Yuri" (and not "Shoujo-ai") in recent years. The former definition of the "Yuri" genre (which said that it implied that sexually- explicit (i.e. "Hentai") content is included) is no longer being widely-used among serious discussions of these stories. But it is certainly true that this old distinction is still frequently seen online, most notably in MAL's official list of genres. But just alert them that "Yuri" is now the preferred term.
