The first one that comes to mind is Naruto, more specifically Itachi's following quote:

Stumbled upon this in such young age that I hadn't given any thought about it, but this definitely gave me a new realization on how much the world differs from everyone's perspective

^ That's so true. You can consider someone inhumane when they cheat the poor out of money. But that's entirely based on the ethics systems that humans themselves have developed. In different cultures around the world, certain acts may be considered correct, even if they may be outrageous in western society.

Watamote made me realize I'm not the loser that I thought I am.
Honey and Clover made me realize how beautiful friendship is,and friends like those don't exist.
Anime in general cured my racism. I'm less racist now.

Plenty have, but the main one was Clannad.

Woke me up the first time and reminds me of that every time I rewatch it.

Naruto truly has some deep quotes, especially from Itachi.
Raise it up, raise up the happiness.

Sword art Online. <3 <3

Makes me reflect on my loner basement otaku lifestyle and ponder of the day when I'll finally get myself trapped in a Virtual Reality where I will finally meet the waifu of my life and possibly get killed.

Watch Now and Then, Here and there. Very good anti-war anime if you are into that.

Definitely K-on. I used to think I'd get fat from eating and drinking nothing but cake & tea, but then I saw them do it on K-on and they never got fat! Ahh man, life has never been the same since.

I have seen it. I didn't really enjoy it though, not really sure why, just one of those times where you don't get emotionally attached to the characters resulting in a lesser viewing experience.
