I was not all that interested in this show to start but the small glimpses into Shiroe's past has turned that around entirely. I am really curious what happened to the tea party, how they got stuck in the game physically, and who that girl was in it. It was clearly someone important to him. Its labeled as a romance so i wonder how that will play out as well cause Akatsuki blushes all the time so she probably likes him. |

Nyanta is present in the group shot at the end of the opening, as well as in every Debauchery Party flashback we got so far (episodes 1 and 3), so I have absolutely no idea what you guys are talking about. ^^' So far, it seems likely he was a regular in Debauchery Party, and will be amongst the MC's future close allies, guild, or whatever he decides to do. | This series' music always gets me. I have a hard time recalling another show i've seen that has such completely different OP and ED music. Not that i'm complaining, i like both songs. |

| Sorry for my average english. Can someone tell what is so good about this anime so far ? I have not seen anything epic in those three episodes. Boring and horrible looking characters. Fighting scenes are too short and there is no good music in the fighting scenes like SAO. I didn't even pay attention to some of the dialogs between characters because it was so boring. I totally shocked that some people here say this is the best anime this season. SAO was by far more enjoyable to watch than this. I'm not SAO fan, but the characters are more likable than log horison. Moreover, SAO has more serious stuff like people dying in real life, and Asuna was kidnapped and abused. Log horizon feels childish with no drama and with no emotional things like we saw in SAO. Also, Most of the animes that I'm watching this season are better than this. kill la kill, magi S2, valvrave S2, freezing vibration, Outbreak Company and many others was by far more enjoyable that this. I do hope log horison gets better in future episodes. But so far there is noting really interesting about it. |

Kirito and Asuna are actually poorly written as characters. You must be those types that like Kirito for his dual wielding abilities, me thinks. But tell what's so interesting about the 'Beater'. Perfect protagonists aren't a good thing. Fighting scenes have a more tactical and game like feel to them in this series, not like Kirito's solo shit. Don't get me started on various Deus Ex Machinas. Maybe this series will have them, but SAO definitely does. Does a series have to be serious to be better? It's too early to judge the series anyway (that goes for people who reckon this will be the best anime of the season, hold your horses!) Rest assured, SAO is better animated. That's one thing I'll give it. |

| this series is pretty solid especially in terms with Shirou's characterisation, i like it. i felt like i still need more hints about the true goal of why they are all stuck... but the side conflicts are keeping me busy so it's good as well fangirling over Shimono and Sakurai's characters |

SAO (even in the novels) never established the ground rules of the game. The setting is no different than some generic fantasy setting. The "people die if they are killed" plot device in SAO was also never used to it's fullest potential since barely anyone of importance died. Asuna being kidnapped by the faggot butterfly king was more laughable than serious, but that's just my opinion. |

You're not unjustified when you say you enjoyed Sword Art Online more for the action and the audiovisuals; they do look much better than Log Horizon's more comical style. After that, there's really nothing to say at the moment because Log Horizon is still airing. Just wait until it runs its course before making a final judgment. One thing I'm concerned about is how they're going to address how they got stuck in the first place. So far they haven't even given it much thought. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| The main character looks pretty badass sometimes. Also interesting to see that the MC isn't the one doing the fighting. A lot of things still haven't been explained. They really shouldn't be pushing the story ahead until they fill in the gaps better. I spend more time wondering about unexplained mechanics than I do about the current story. |
