Regions list got expanded. It now says:
World Conquest Zvezda Plot will be available to users in the following territories: North America, South America, European regions (except UK, IE, French and German speaking regions - sorry guys), Middle East, Arab League (including Israel), and South Africa

Odd. You'd think that if there was a chance of it getting expanded that quickly, they would have just held out on the announcement for half an hour or whatever.

incidentally, the countdown for Wake Up Girls is visible in the UK. Could the region list be wrong or are they just taunting us?

If you can see the show page then either they goofed or your IP is not registering as in the UK. If this lasts until Friday then...

Crunchyroll's been saying that they're going to be simulcasting Nourin as well. (Source: www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2014/01/06/funimation-announces-buddy-complex-nobunagan-and-no-rin-simulcasts)
I'm looking forward to that, since I prefer Crunchyroll over Funimation.
But just like Funimation, Crunchyroll can't say when they're going to start simulcasting the series.

Just because it's on CR news doesn't mean they picked it up.

An update from Daisuki:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-01-10/daisuki-to-stream-buddy-complex-nisekoi-world-conquest-anime

They are going to stream: Buddy Complex, Nisekoi, and World Conquest Zvezda Plot.

CR update:
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2014/01/10-1/crunchyroll-adds-no-rin-anime-and-divorce-chaser-j-drama

Here's the catch for No-Rin:
It's only available in subs for German and French.

Stupid licensors and their region blocking.
Shouldn't they try and get piracy down and not up? :P REgion blocking is a huge reason why people choose "illegal" streaming.
Though in Germany, illegal streaming isn't illegal XD

North America, South America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Scandinavia.

Not available here, although that's no surprise given that it's Toei.

Hey people. I'm just posting this here to inform you that I'll be updating this thread henceforth since Redfoxoffire is resigning.

I hope I'll be able to do as well a job as she did.
