| Here's my prediction of the 8 most likely to be animated currently running in Shonen Sunday, excluding sequels to already animated works (by order of likeliness): 1 - Silver Spoon (let's face it, this one is too obvious) 2 - AKB49 (AKB48 is as popular as ever, the simple fact that the plot envolves them makes this a likely chance for adaptation) 3 - Buyuden (sells fairly well considering Shonen Sunday standards. You may say it's too early but it isn't if you consider it'll probably be a 13 or 26 episode animation) 4 - Denpa Kyoushi (an early announcement, maybe saying it'll start in a year, then it'll have enough chaps for the adaptation) 5 - Kyoukai no Rinne (they can easily market this by saying it's from the author of Inuyasha, Ranma and Maison Ikkoku) 6 - Gekkon Jourei (From the author of Ushio to Tora) 7 - Koutetsu no Hanappashira (the author's had 2 series animated already - Kyou Kara Ore Wa and Tenshi na Konamaiki) 8 - Kunisaki Izumo no Jijou (not that likely but out of its current lineup...) But then again, half of those will be sequels or adaptations of finished series. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| DENPA KYOUSHI DENPA KYOUSHI DENPA KYOUSHI I wouldn't mind an adaption of Kimi no Kakera either, or other older titles that would otherwise fade into obscurity. It's always nice to see the source material getting a sales boost from an anime adaption, especially if it's a good title that's already finished its run. |
