Although the ecchi parts have been a little repetitive and over the top in the latest novels. Sure, it's funny to read about them but a little less of it in certain scenes wouldn't exactly be bad.

Altough ecchi scene increase. Romance and heartwarming is increased too so to me it pay off.

Don't get me wrong. I'm a sucker for romantic and heart-warming moments, and even the ecchi scenes are highly enjoyable in general. I was talking about the ecchi scenes during the fights (novel readers know what I mean). At the beginning they had me laughing hard but now it's beginning to feel forced. It's like the author *has* to include them in every novel. But in my eyes he definitely doesn't need to do that because the novels are great without them as well.

This sounds really odd, because a TV anime series almost invariably starts in Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct, never begins in February. Where did you hear the rumors?

So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old?

I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them?

I wonder how long people would put up with this.

As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series.

No chance of that happening. It doesn't even have promo art yet, and shows don't just start in the middle of a season like that unless they are announced beforehand. I'm predicting Fall 2013.

Here some information:Highschool DxD Unaired Episode 14 [OVA] was Confirmed with the Second Season to be on the 23th of March and it will be covering the 13th volume of the LN where alot of scenes and stuff will be introduced .. Some characters too~

are you joking i thought high school dxd season 2 was suspose to cover Birth of the Breast Dragon Emperor arc's volume 3-6.

if you read the afterword of vol. 13 the author lists the timeline of all the side stories, each of which occurs some time after vol. 5. I don't think they'd air spoilers in an OVA before the second season is released.

edit: also, think I read somewhere that the scripts for the OVAs were written by Ishibumi as anime originals. The first OVA, at least, doesn't show up in the novels.
