You can say whatever you want about Shu, that he is a horrible MC, a wimp whatever, but he didn't deserve that; i mean sure he went tyrannical but at least he tried to do something unlike the parasites who betrayed him. Also Souta and Arisa need to die like right now, (Souta needs to die a horrible death pronto, the ending wouldn't be satisfactory without him dying). Also didn't expect Arisa to turn into such a slut, i have zero sympathy for her, anyone who does is practically saying that when its panic its time to turn whore.... i mean seriously there are soooooooo many other ways she could have handled that better; and the fact that she did it several times doesn't help her case, its most likely the probable virgin got addicted to it thus showing her true colors as a slut.

Wasn't surprised at Gai's betrayal as i believe he is really "dead" or this was who he really was from the get go; I doubt Shu will die, and from the OP it seems like he will get a new arm, so while i doubt it would happen i would love for him to go berserk and kill all the students or at the very least beat the crap out of them while hanging Arisa Souta and Gai, following by the stupid guys who harassed Ayase a few episodes ago; man there are so many unlikeable people in this show... Sure people can call Shu a wimp, and Inori a emotionless doll, but when compared to that which is around them...

Gameover no arm means no king's power which renders shu useless. He totally deserved that for being a douce bag. Gai...why can't he stay dead, don't even know why he gets revived. Fail Twist i guess i don't even know which side is good now

Scratch that, take back what I said last episode. That whore Arisa can go die in a hole. It feels so weird to be actually liking Inori so much right now.

It seems that the only way to make a character consistently likeable in this anime, is to minimise their screen time as much as possible *cough* Ayase *cough*. The only exception to this is probably Yahiro. He's been a strong character throughout, imo. But then again, my memory of the first episodes is completely fuzzy, so that's probably not true as well xD.

Back to the actual episode. I really think they pulled the writers straight out of frkn high school. Srsly, the story is everywhere. Arisa suddenly decides to stage a coup d'etat? I don't know if I myself just forgot it, but I don't remember her planning this at all until this episode. The remarks when the students betray Shu is also unfathomably aggravating as well. HE JUST FRKN GOT YOU OUT OF THE MOST HIGHLY GUARDED PLACE IN JAPAN. Learn to be grateful FFS. And the UN is suddenly deciding to nuke Japan? WHERE THE FUCK DID THIS COME FROM? DO THEY NOT KNOW OF BUILD UP AND FORESHADOWING?!? The amount of things they pull out of nowhere is astounding. Once, is fine. Two, is..nyeh. Even three times may be acceptable. But these guys overshoot the mark by a long shot. They keep on pulling things out of their asses time and time again and the ignorance that the community shows towards this is amazing. Rank #395? Bull-fucking-shit.

And Gai... *facepalm*. Nuff' said.

I think I developed the stockholm syndrome watching this. I keep coming back, and think that the rare thing they do right warrants obscene amounts of appraisal, when they should be consistently producing quality work in the first place. Either that, or I'm just a masochist and don't know it yet.

:/

2/5.

Wow this anime knows how to piss off the audience. Reviving dead characters and whoring out side characters. Well, props to them for having the guts to do it rather than sunshine and rainbows, but its still no excuse for the poor writing.

Oh my. This episode was quite good.

The BGM was incredible as usual, atleast when they were fighting the robo thingys.

Oh and wierd looking Gai cuts Shu's arm off and gets the "King's power" okay then.

Can't wait for next week.

So I am wondering how much people are crying for Shu and Inori? Also How the fuck did Gai get to pierce Inori if he had no powers before he got them from Shu? WTF plot hole?

Damn! Shit hit me more than before when I realized some things Shu went through and put myself in his shoes.

didn't you see that part where the other power of kings user(forgot his name) drawned out Gai's void beforehand
Yes I did but that the void itself can draw other Voids and not only do PEW PEW is surprising really.
I am re-quoting just to show WTF was my confusion until I l realized despite being a long anime watcher I cannot marvel at how WTF I got due to the setup and having forgotten something since episode 12. Oh my. Let's start. First of all let's be honest that the spoiler
clearly should have shown Gai shooting his gun like he did in episode 12 thus viewers would not WTF like me until they remember what was written on the forum and realize then.

Second of all WTF in the spoiler
the person there could have been as much as Keido or Haruka. Heck we never saw her void so why not do that there? Well it was impossible to guess who exactly it was.

So the problem stems from really the way the setup was done and now I feel like I am enlightenment with myself. Indeed Gai's gun is weird in the sense it force extracts voids. I forgot that since episode 12.

4/5 didnt like the ending

And felt pretty bad about Shu even tough many think he deserved it for all he did to the other like ranking them determing on there voids and using the low ranks for exposing themselfs for the virus by letting them dive down in the water to retrive the vaccine.

But all this started cause Hare died and maybe if Yashiro told Shu about the voids that if they break the person dies aswell maybe might have changed but not really certain about it but just maybe.

It doesn't matter if Shu knows that people die if their voids break--either way, they had to be used otherwise they'd ALL be killed. The students at the end were complaining about being treated like tools, and that Shu was infringing upon their privacy--how naive, I hope they all gets killed by GHQ. The actions of supposedly sensible people like Tsugumi and Argo simply just disgusts me--Shu's reign's over once everyone gets out of the red line. From the point of the stupid students, they would most certainly want to get 'revenge', but why did Tsugumi and Argo want to join the coup?

Might have sometihng to do about the way Shu changed that much. He went from being a good/shy guy that people like to becoming a huge douch (didnt know what else to say) that used his power to regins over all them just because he has power. And that might be the cause for the Tsugumi and Argo sins it might be dangerous to keep on following him.

I kinda guess that Gai will attack Shu and then he will get that Void power somehow. But what I didn't expect is that Arisa girl sell herself up for that four eyes asshole (man I almost felt sorry for her) !!

BTW Gai new hair color is not working, I liked when it was blonde !!

SHIT I just thought of something! Here me out!

So what I've been thinking is that new arm will be Shu's own void.. But without the power how will he get it? Well.. the way i thought it may happen is that Gai would actually pull it out shu's void and give it to him (or something of the sort), cause you know - Gai's still a good guy just putting on a bad guy face ;)....

Interesting...

WHAT.THE.F***.DID.I.JUST.WATCH????

Arisa is a whore(but I never cared for her so nothing change for me) , students rebell against Shu, Inori says to Shu that she did something horrible, Gai is back(I don't think he is the real Gai) and he cut Shu's arm, while saying he is the King and he was from the begining!!!

So the metal hand that we see in the opening is Shu's and he will f*** his enemies with this.XD
Ok, I can't wait to see that.

I am sorry, but it still doesn't make sense. No one had to follow Shu around if they broke through the red line, and if they were so worried about Shu being dangerous if they had to keep on following him, they should have taken him down BEFORE the exodux, not after it. This show simply has an illogical plot. Also, for those of you who had disagreed with what Shu did, do you think you could have done a better job and secure the safety of most students with the kind methods you propose? I totally agreed with what Shu did. Even though his actions were brutal and unjust, it was necessary. The only problem with Yahiro's system, however, was that personality should have also been taken into account when promoting people. Bastards like Nanba should have never been promoted to positions of power--they would have only abused their power as they have, fostering dissent amongst the lower hierarchy, and even plot treason. As someone mentioned before, the only individual with perfect sense is Yahiro. But even so, he is also a hypocrite for criticising Shu during this episode.

I think Hare´s spirit must be crying on her grave now. In my opinion, Ayase is the only one who can save Shu now. Shu got owned and lost everyone, and its about to loose Inori.

What? Inori is actually staying with Shu. No reason to think otherwise.

Didn't Inori get pierced by a large blade from her back? The odds of her surviving is 00000000000000000000000000000000000000.1% logically. But let's throw that out of the picture shall we?

Well yeah, that's his point, Ayase can save Shu I guess... No one else care about him anymore, I think he needs his revenge.

Go rewatch the episode! Gai used his void to draw Inori's sword, nothing pierced her physical body.

Guys...i meant it other way ~.~" What i meant was: do you think Shu will remain at Inori´s side if she becomes...Mana? i dont think so, and let me tell you she has huge possibilities of becoming Mana, now that we know that Mana personality is taking over her and Gai which was revived will want to erase all his enemies and Inori counts as one, unless she becomes Mana, which will be Gai´s dream, to be forever with his loved one.
Inori even has Mana´s power (did u see how she attacked Arisa?). It is obvious that she will become Evil sooner or later.
So yeah ill keep my opinion: the one saving Shu will be AYASE. and with a bit of luck Tsugumi will realize Gai went evil and switch sides again. And perhaps Daryl will become good after that and even help Shu too XP

with a bit of luck everyone gets a SailorMoon or Madoka end XP

Ripping Shu´s arm...The director must be watching Mirai Nikki.
Perhaps now he will give a mechanical arm to Shu just like the protagonist of Code Geass:Shikkoku no Renya. LOOOL.

And sorry, everyone is calling Arisa a bitch for selling her body, but no one called Shu´s mom a bitch, when in my opinion selling your soul is way worst than selling your body and Shu´s mom sold her soul to the villains betraying her own son, resurrecting and making Gai evil and even supporting the bad guys without being blackmailed.

Comparing to that, Arisa seems to me pretty decent. She did what she had to do in order to survive, its not like she was hugely happy selling her body.

Shu´s mom is the REAL BITCH.
