A bit unusual, with how well he handled pretty much everything with Rin really so far.. ;p And now Yukari getting ill?.. Well, in times of illness being alone is really hard, if you're with kid.. If kid is ill it's easier.. Because you still can care about both of you, take a break at home.. But if you're ill it's harder, because child still requires some things to be cared in.. Even if he's responsible and manages to take care of himself.. |
| The trouble with this show is that it keeps getting better and better and this is episode 10 of 11. I am really not ready to let these people go and honestly, I would totally marry Daikichi. He is a wonderful guy and to see him sick with worry because Rin is so ill. This show tucks at your heartstrings in the best possible way. Absolutely lovely. |

| nice episode, thought it was a little weird when they made rin’s face so..? you know. if you saw it, when they said she was flushed. kouki being a brat is his only personality trait lol. the ending was nice, hope kouki’s mom is okay (well i mean i already know but) she is so nice for helping rin out like that. onto the last episode…! |

| DAD SQUAD COMMENSE. Hearing Yukari's worries of being a single mom just made me. :'( And Yukari also helping out with Rin being sick. So much good stuff! Daikichi talking about how he was basically an unruly child had me rolling. |

In any case, they do seem to take colds/illness/whatever a bit more seriously over there. I mean, I've had the chicken pox, colds, the flu, etc., but I never went to a doctor for any of it and I managed to survive. Just to be clear I'm not bashing their caution or anything, I'm only curious about it and I figured now would be a good time to bring it up.
I can't believe we've only got one episode left. It went by so fast! I don't want it to be over already, so I really hope we get a second season. I hope the fall season can deliver something equally wonderful!
| @Iilia Nah you're right. I just find it hilarious that catching a cold, getting a fever, seems to be a death sentence for every Japanese, according to the anime industry at-least. These people are falling down, in daze, unable to take care of themselves at all. It's so over-the-top that I can't take it seriously, ever. FYI, doctor said it wasn't the flu, so it was just a mild fever. Your body can fight that shit without medicine. |
